What says love quite like pizza?! Join us at our pizza-making class, Feb. 12th! Chef Brian will teach you how to make classic Neapolitan-style pizza using local, fresh and flavorful ingredients. You’ll learn every step of the pizza making process - from mixing, balling, stretching, shaping, to baking the final product! We will provide an assortment of your favorite Surf Club snacks, beer and wine to enjoy. Classes begin promptly at 6:00pm with guest check-ins at 5:45. Ticket's are non-refundable, but may be used for future dates.

This February vacation, we’re inviting kids to step into the kitchen for a fun-filled pizza-making adventure! Join us for a hands-on class where the little ones will discover the art of creating the perfect pizza from scratch. They’ll start the day with some pre-class crafts, decorating their own chef hats to wear proudly as they work. Once they’re all set with their personalized hats, the real fun begins—learning how to roll dough, spread sauce, and pile on the perfect toppings to create a pizza masterpiece! As the delicious pies bake, the kids will enjoy lively music and sip on refreshing soft drinks to keep their energy high. And, of course, no pizza party is complete without a sweet treat to finish off the day! Ages 5-12!

Amazing experience! We had 8 adults and 2 children in one of the big surf board booths behind the back wall of the bar and it was a perfect experience. We ordered appetizers, drinks, pizzas, and kids dinners which were all delicious! Great time was had by ages 3-53!

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. My granddaughter loved her cheese pizza that was shaped like Mickey Mouse; such a wonderful surprise.

Went for an early dinner on New Year's Eve and had the worst service ever. The restaurant was not that crowded at all, and we never received an item we ordered. The worst part is the waitress when asked about it, rudely replied, "I don't make the drinks" and didn't do anything to check on it or provide us what we ordered. Unbelievable. We love Newport and come multiple times a year and love eating out at all the many great restaurants - the Surf Club is obviously not properly managed and can't handle a normal (not crowded) service. The worst was this surly waiter/busboy who when we were leaving made a snarky comment because we had complained that we never received our order but it was on the check. These servers have no idea what fine or even decent service is. Having been in the restaurant business for years, these two would have been fired so quickly if an owner only knew. Bad service is bad enough but then to be combative when called out on it is seriously ruinous to a business. None of us will be returning to the Surf Club - ick.

Service and food mediocre. And after only 1 hour and 10 minutes into our reservation the hostess came to our table to hurry us up, telling us they had another reservation for the table in 20 minutes and since we already paid our bill, we should be aware of that, though I was still finishing a cocktail. We will not be going back to Surf House again.

We sat on the patio which was great on a nice evening. No water view. I had the tuna poke bowl and it was so good! The summer spritzer cocktail was a great balance of sweet and tangy. I took a picture to try to make it again.

I made a reservation over a month in advance for a large group of 8 people at 12pm. About two weeks prior to the reservation I called to add an additional person to our reservation. The woman on the phone was very kind and made the change for me and confirmed all details of the reservation. A few weeks later, we arrive Surf Club and are advised the inside is closed until 4pm. Expecting that we would be sitting outside, we go to the outside hostess. She advises we need to check inside, when I told her the inside was closed she was confused. We were then told they don’t take large parties but could try to sit us at two different tables. Being that this reservation was made over a month in advance and confirmed by an employee on the phone it’s extremely frustrating we were advised of this upon arrival. We stayed for a drink at the bar and left without our reservation.
