    We got there later than expected, almost at closing time and our waitress-whose name I failed to get- was amazing! Not only was she welcoming and understanding, but she didn’t rush us and even helped me prep a birthday cake for my son. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and we’ll definitely go back. Look for her and trip her well, she’s the beautiful brunette with long eyelashes who closed down the restaurant on 2/17. Thank you for your service!

    Sullivans is always very nice. The service is always top notch and the food is excellent. I highly recommend Sullivans for a nice dinner out.

    It was busy for Valentine’s Day and we understood that but it was very loud and the restaurant is generally kind of dirty. The food was good but entrees did come out about 45 minutes after we’d finished our salads and we were getting tired but enjoying each other’s company so not a huge deal. Then my steak came out cold and had to be warmed back up. We still had a very nice time but I was generally a bit underwhelmed by the experience and think they could do better. They did give me a free dessert for my birthday and half off the cold steak without us having to ask so I appreciated that and our server was very nice.

    The food was wonderful and our table was amazing!(103 in the “library.”) Our waiter, Luis, was so friendly and very welcoming. He made us feel like valued guests! My only negative comment is that some of our dirty glasses and dishes were not removed from the table, which I would expect with this type of dining experience. But Luis was so awesome, it really wasn’t a big deal.

    While we have previously enjoyed several special occasions (birthdays, anniversary etc.) with Sullivans Steakhouse, this one was uniquely terrible. We had a 9pm reservation and checked in at arrival. We informed the hostess that we wanted to use the restroom before being seated and she verbally indicated that was not a problem. However after we both returned (5minutes later) we watched as others were seated before us. Finally approaching the hostess (Same person) again she asked for our name again and indicated that she had forgotten we’d checked in already. Finally being seated we waited about 20-25 minutes with no one approaching us. We finally flagged down a server walking by (who was very welcoming and apologetic) who took our drink orders and promised to locate our server. A couple minutes later our server came over apologized and indicated that there was a miscommunication on their end. We exchanged pleasantries with hopes that things would change from there because we had come to expect top notch service from past experiences. As the server took our appetizer and food order she stated that she would “take care of the appetizer” due to the long wait. Our thoughts, Ok let’s try and salvage the night but no. We received our food and sat. Finally the server approached and asked if we wanted boxes for the leftovers, we affirmed. The server dropped off boxes at the table and disappeared for a while. Now I’m not sure how this will come across but in our past experience with Sullivans, our servers always packed up our leftovers which added to the experience. This time we asked for the bill and the server brought it over placed it on the table next to the boxes and walked away. My wife stated “wow we’ve never been treated this poorly at Sullivans before now.” We paid the bill and left gratuity. Very disappointing night!

    First time at this location. We had 7 pm reservations, amber our waitress was terrific. However, we were not even close to being done with our appetizer, two sips into our cocktails , and main course arrived. Amber commented that was quick. We felt rushed for no reason as they would not turn the table again tonight. Food quality was very good, but temperatures were totally off, under cooked for medium and lobster tails were cold. We will go back but disappointed in our first visit in Tucson.
