Das amerikanische Steakhaus Sullivan's heißt Sie in einem lebhaften Stadtviertel willkommen. Freuen Sie sich auf schmackhafte Steaks und Meeresfrüchte, handgeschüttelte Martinis sowie Live-Musik. Es erwarten Sie eine gehobene Küche und eine lebendige Atmosphäre. Sobald Sie die Lounge betreten, um sich ein Getränk oder einen Snack zu gönnen oder um zu Abend zu essen, spüren Sie die Energie und die Begeisterung unseres professionellen Teams. Im Restaurant Sullivan's erhalten Sie handverlesene, mindestens 28 Tage gereifte Steaks aus der Region Midwestern, die mild gewürzt und bei 650 °C gegrillt werden. Zur Auswahl stehen zudem frische Meeresfrüchte sowie eine Reihe von unterschiedlichen Snacks, Suppen, Salaten und Beilagen. Die Desserts werden täglich hausgemacht. We ordered the steak and lobster dinner. The steak was seasoned and seared to perfection. We appreciated the complimentary side sauces. We met Bobby Boucher Jr., “The Waterboy”, Susan and CJ. All were professional and proficient. It is rare to get a sommelier at our table and enjoyed learning from CJ. We look forward to dining with you all again.

The food was just okay. Nothing bad to say. Nothing outstanding either. Good steak house food. The service was not up to par. We waited to be greeted by our server. She was just ok. I’ve been to many steakhouses all over the US and there is an expected level of service you receive when you eat at a fine dining restaurant. We did not get that from our server. On the other hand our Water boy was fantastic. He made sure we had water and bread always. And made casual conversation with us. It was our anniversary and he talked to us about our anniversary. He is the kinda service I’ve gone to expect at such an establishment. Maybe our server was having an off night, but whatever it was….i hope she has better moments. Also I was disappointed that the website says valet parking, but when I arrived there was no valet parking. I had to park in a parking structure down the street.

We had a wonderful dinner at Sullivan’s! The atmosphere (although I felt underdressed), the food and our great waiter, Oliver was AMAZING! The best dinner and atmosphere celebrating our 30th anniversary month!! And liver was also very insightful of it being a Lenten Friday and gave us great ideas of what to during our stay!

Our server was great! He made our daughter some custom mocktails for her birthday. The food was delicious and prepared to our specifications. My only constructive feedback would be that the price of some of the items, especially with respect to the appetizers and desserts, is not in line with the portions and that the chocolate cake was extremely dry.

Outside is steak was very charred, over salted and filet was very tough. The creamed spinach was pretty disappointing. Lobster bisque was excellent, mashed potatoes average, Caesar salad average. For the price, we were disappointed.
