Sobald Sie die Lounge betreten, um sich ein Getränk oder einen Snack zu gönnen oder um zu Abend zu essen, spüren Sie die Energie und die Begeisterung unseres professionellen Teams. Im Restaurant Sullivan's erhalten Sie handverlesene, mindestens 28 Tage gereifte Steaks aus der Region Midwestern, die mild gewürzt und bei 650 °C gegrillt werden.     First time at Sullivans, and it was one to remember. Excellent staff. Very well organized. All of our food was also delicious! Logan was the server and was an excellent representative of the brand.

    It was loud, to be expected @7 pm on New Years eve. Great service... may return but the char broiled oysters should be removed from the menu. I don't think I would eat them if they were free. Definitely disappointing. Cheese steak egg rolls very good.

    I have dined at Sullivan’s twice in the last couple months. I decided to wait until this time to ensure that my experience was not a “one off”, and after last night, I am sure it is not. My assessment is that Sullivan’s has gone downhill in most all aspects. Let’s start with the good. The server (I happened to get the same gentleman both times) has always been exceptionally pleasant. He always seems happy and is more than happy to answer any and all inquiries. I can not say enough nice about Chad. Now for the less than good… The hostess who was showing people to their seats did not want to be there, and it was apparent. We had Scallops, Steak, Oysters, and Chicken, Scalloped Potatoes, and Brussels Sprouts. The Scallop meals were cold and it was apparent they were sitting for awhile. (More on that in a moment). The steaks have been cooked to the proper temperature, but the quality of the cut is definitely up to quality of the prices. On both visits, it is obvious that the quality of the steaks are at the mid level at best. In fairness, I do not think they present themselves as a prime steakhouse, but the steaks have taken a significant reduction in quality since their opening. I would definitely prefer to go to Fleming’s at a similar price point for Steaks. The Oyster on the half shell were a joke. I literally think someone was trying punk us on this one. They were the smallest Oysters I have ever seen. Why even offer them. There was one we had to pick up and discuss to see if someone had already eaten the Oyster out of it (they hadn’t, it was just that small). Chicken meal was uneventful, and the sides were under cooked and fairly flavorless. Back to the cold scallop meals. Our dinner was at 5pm and it took nearly 3 hours. We were waiting with nothing in front of us for significant portions of the time, so I know it was not just “slow eating” that took so much time. I assume something was missed in the submission of the order. Net: Not worth the money!

    Food was amazing...as always... Service was wonderful. We were there for NYE they were fully staffed and ready to go! Our server Logan was a pleasure to chat with and he did a phenomenal job. Sullivan's is and has always been one of our top GoTo's in Omaha.
