Sullivan’s elevated steakhouse menu pulses inspiration from a variety of global cuisines, truly offering something for everyone. Start your evening with a plate of filet mignon-stuffed cheesesteak egg rolls or a half-dozen oysters on the half-shell. Enjoy our fresh market greens, or sip our classic French onion soup.     We were very disappointed with our experience at Sullivan’s. After seeing them on Instagram, we thought it would be the perfect place to celebrate Valentine’s Day, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. What we loved: The live entertainment was fantastic, and the steaks were well-seasoned and cooked exactly to our requested temperature. The calamari and creamed spinach were also excellent. Where they fell short: The dress code was not enforced, with guests dressed casually, which took away from the fine dining atmosphere. They were out of the Tomahawk special, and we weren’t informed until we asked. The mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts lacked flavor. Service was extremely slow—while we were still waiting for appetizers, others who arrived after us were already being served their entrées. Our server did her best to make up for the experience, and we appreciated her efforts, but at no point did a manager check on us or even appear to be present on the floor. Overall, it was a mediocre experience at an upscale price. Additionally, there was no valet parking for restaurant guests, and the hotel charged $45 for non-guests. We opted to park across the street at the Indigo Hotel for $20, which was a more reasonable option. Would we return? Probably not, unless significant improvements are made.

    It was cold in the restaurant, I asked for a lemon drop I got a blueberry lemon drop, my husband had a water down rum and coke . I’m allergic to blueberry’s. My steak was under cook I sent it back and it still wasn’t right. We were very disappointed and will not return

    We were seated at the far back corner of the restaurant beside the emergency exit door at a tight two person table with lighting that resembled an interrogation room. There were plenty of open tables towards the center of the restaurant that would have been much more comfortable to sit at. After multiple requests to be moved to another table, we were told that nothing could be done after conflicting messages from the hostess and waitress. Despite this, we couldn’t help but notice there were at least 7-8 tables within our zone that were never filled during our visit, which added to our frustrated and dissatisfaction. The food was good, but the atmosphere and service tarnished our experience. It doesn’t seem to me that our comfort was prioritized by the staff.

    The ambiance was nice, but the food was subpar and the service was really slow. It wasn’t very crowded and our waiter seemed to be in a rush and couldn’t remember to bring things like a straw. He was nice, but the attention wasn’t there. I’ve been to several steakhouses, which I loved, but the food wasn’t the best at Sullivans. The portions weren’t great for the price and the crab cakes that I had didn’t taste great. I was greatly disappointed as I have wanted to visit this restaurant for quite some time.

    Our server Ayman was amazing and knew the menu in depth along with knowing the perfect sauce pairings to enhance our dinner experience.
