America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

Das Essen und die Bedienung waren sehr gut. Allerdings war der zugewiesene Tisch im Gang zur Küche. Die Bedienungen liefen alle Minuten mit einem riesen Tablet über unsere Köpfe ... Nicht wirklich sehr schön wenn die Angst groß ist alles vom Tablett abzubekommen. Außerdem war die Musik sehr sehr laut, sodass die Kommunikation untereinander und mit der Bedienung kaum möglich waren. Also wahrscheinlich einmal und nie wieder.

The food was mediocre. Service was decent. However, they were out of a ton of things (rainbow burgers, carne Asada, toy ducks, etc). Bathrooms were absolutely filthy. The overall appearance was disappointing and ugly. We have been to the sugar factory in Foxwoods, so we were expecting the same type of vibe but better considering we are in Las Vegas and on the strip. It just wasn’t esthetically pleasing compared to the other locations or as fun. I wouldn’t recommend as there are better options on the strip.

Our experience for our daughter’s 7th birthday was amazing. Dareisha, our server was so friendly, caring and nice. She made sure we having a great time the whole night. Her timing was perfect and that really makes a dining experience. We would ask to seat in her section every time we come to Sugar Factory.

Awful experience. The service takes hours, the food was not good and the price expensive. Old furniture, old decor and our waiter was chatting with the owner instead of serve us.

Brought our baby boy (11.5mos) for his first Valentine’s Day. We do all as a family and it was both mine and my son’s first trip to Sugar Factory. The biggest knock was a 45 minute wait past our reservation time. Had a party of 2.5 and other parties of 2s/3s showing up after us were sat first. Not sure if the restaurant was waiting for a certain table or what the issue was there. However, when we were finally sat, we had a 4 seat table with optimal space for a baby boy and the vibes began. One of our biggest concerns when we go out is noise/music level for our son. It was at the right sound level to be able to listen/talk to each other while also tune out to some music. He enjoyed the songs being played and got his dance on. Food was a bit pricey and very average tasting minus the drinks and milkshake. Drinks were good and the milkshake presentation caught me off guard but I loved it. 5 Star of the night goes to our server Craig. Supposedly he was new but the way he took care of us, we could not have guessed it. Very personable to our family and even our little one and we appreciate the compliment about him being “a good baby”. If we could book Craig every time, without a doubt we would! Overall a good, fun experience and we’ll be making our return cause momma has to have her white gummi bear fishbowl fix every now and then lol.
