   We were put in a side room with a large party with a lot of kids running around and screaming. It took awhile to finally order but the food did come fast. There was a floatie in 1 cup of water and my alcoholic drink was unconsumable. I got a sorry, new bartender. Would not recommend.

   Overall our server was great…. I was taken by surprise that we were charge 20% service fee and told by the waiter that it doesn’t go to them. It goes to paying every hosts hourly wages and if we did extra tip he would then get that . Like WTH….. don’t be shady like that to the poor waiter. Also don’t tell me toward the end and why do i have to pay everyone’s hourly pay, prices are already high. I felt bad for the waiter because he was great and of course gave him extra . However Wouldn’t go again base on the companies ethics of charging us even more because they have to pay hourly wages not my fault.

   Great place for family or friend gathering? Drinks are great and food is tasty! Photographer shared beautiful photos to purchase as keepsakes. Fun time!

   Ehhhhhh. Staff was nice , short handed maybe but saw the bus boy more the waitress

   The experience was amazing it was my daughter 5 th birthday. She absolutely enjoyed her self and so did I. The wait was short we did arrive a bit early but the staff still set us down. The food was right in time and absolutely delicious. I wanna say thank you again for making my daughter's birthday everything.

   I had reservations for 845 and was waiting for about 35 minutes checked in and they didn’t see me until I reached out to another person.  very unprofessional and our waiter never came to check up on us. The crazy thing about this establishment gratuity is already even though they definitely didn’t deserve it at all. Spent way too much for the service I didn’t receive.

   We had a reservation at 5:00. Had to wait 10 mins before being seated, where they than sat us in the back where we were the only ones in that room. Felt completely detached from everyone else in the restaurant. Service was fine. Food was good. The rainbow burgers are fun and tasty. The rest of the food not as good as those. Shakes are very impressive. Very expensive for what you get. Other famous shake places have a much better atmosphere and value.
