   I’m writing to express my sincere thanks for the amazing experience I had at your Atlantic City location while celebrating my birthday. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize your team. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the over-the-top desserts, everything was top notch. The creativity and attention to detail made the meal unforgettable. What really stood out, though, was the service. Your staff was not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly warm and welcoming. They made me feel genuinely celebrated, and it truly elevated my birthday experience. Please extend my appreciation to everyone who played a part that day. Lastly, the atmosphere was vibrant, fun, and full of energy. It was the perfect setting for a celebration, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my special day. Thank you again for the memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be recommending Sugar Factory to friends and family without hesitation

   The food was delicious. I had the Sugar Factory club, so good, & my husband had a burger, very good. The food is always good, the servers are wonderful, and I love the seasonal options for food & drinks.

   We have dined here several times in the past and this was probably the worst experience to date. My daughter is Gluten Free and we specifically chose this restaurant because of the variety of foods she can safely eat. First, the banana Nutella shake was essentially a banana milkshake with no Nutella, just a little chocolate syrup on the side of the glass for decoration. Her GF burger came out well done (as did all the burgers at the table when all requests were for medium or medium rare) with a frozen bun. When it came back it was as if they microwaved the entire burger until it was rock hard but hot. Several people at the table ordered sprite, the syrup was out as they all got seltzer water, they brought back another round which was essentially the same. The wait staff was extremely accommodating, the burger and sodas were removed from the bill and they did everything in their power to make our dining experience positive. We were a large party (13) on a very busy Saturday. While the GF items were certainly a disappointment, the wait staff was busting their tails to do their best and it showed.

   We loved it! Super fun dinner with our 3 and 6 year old kids. Food was actually very good and way better than we expected. Music was the best and was such a fun meal. Shakes were incredible and the 24k burger was so cool - especially the presentation. Totally exceeded expectations! I highly recommend for a fun time!

   We had an 8pm reservation for my sister-in-law’s birthday dinner. We showed up at 7:50pm and were not seated until 8:27pm after asking multiple times when a table would be ready. My mother-in-law has a difficult time standing and there were no chairs to sit in while waiting. Our server was very nice and the food was decent, but the wait to be seated really was unacceptable for having a reservation.

   Service was horrible. They don’t have enough staff for the amount of customers they get. It took about 20 minutes to get a waiter. My appetizer and waters came out way after my entrees. On top of that the entrees took almost an hour to come out. NEVER GOING BACK!

   Staff was quick and friendly. Wish it was a little bigger. Fun menu options for St. Patrick's Day holiday.
