Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

We had an 8pm reservation for my sister-in-law’s birthday dinner. We showed up at 7:50pm and were not seated until 8:27pm after asking multiple times when a table would be ready. My mother-in-law has a difficult time standing and there were no chairs to sit in while waiting. Our server was very nice and the food was decent, but the wait to be seated really was unacceptable for having a reservation.

Service was horrible. They don’t have enough staff for the amount of customers they get. It took about 20 minutes to get a waiter. My appetizer and waters came out way after my entrees. On top of that the entrees took almost an hour to come out. NEVER GOING BACK!

Staff was quick and friendly. Wish it was a little bigger. Fun menu options for St. Patrick's Day holiday.

We told them it was my kids bday like 4 times they didn’t explain the process of getting birthday song or anything. I also put it in the reservation booking. That kind of through me off. Then a nice man that worked in the back came up and gave the kids ducks I wish I would have got his name.

The first sever I got was so nice and lovely, then I didn’t see her more. we had to go so I kindly ask it to a black hair server for the check, and she was so rude with her attitude saying “ I’ll tell your server” and roll her eyes at me. I didn’t understood why she was so mad .
