   We told them it was my kids bday like 4 times they didn’t explain the process of getting birthday song or anything. I also put it in the reservation booking. That kind of through me off. Then a nice man that worked in the back came up and gave the kids ducks I wish I would have got his name.

   The first sever I got was so nice and lovely, then I didn’t see her more. we had to go so I kindly ask it to a black hair server for the check, and she was so rude with her attitude saying “ I’ll tell your server” and roll her eyes at me. I didn’t understood why she was so mad .

   Good overall experience. Prices were high but that was expected due to being in a casino.

   The food was delicious!!! Beware the portions are big and definitely worth the price. I tried the Waffle Burger which had bacon, sausage, beef patty, sausage gravy, and a hash brown on it. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff came to sing happy birthday and offer a complimentary dessert. Our server, Ms. Hernandez, was great with making food/drink suggestions and checking on us. This is a WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

   I have become disenchanted after my last and I ve decided final choice to go to the Sugar Factory again unless a last option nwxt time in Atlantic City. We were greeted by a snooty hostess and even after having made my reservation two months prior to February 22, 2025 they did not honor a request to be seated in the back part of the restaurant where it is quieter and there is more embiance. The food and ice cream has always been mediocre and ow the way they treat customers has become the same yawn. The goblet drinks are their one " saving grace" but again, why bother if the thought of patronizing them again rings negativity with it.

    We were here for a concert and decided to dine here as a belated Birthday/Valentine's Day/Date Night dinner and it did not disappoint! We started off with the meatballs appetizer and then for entrees had the club sandwich and chicken quesadilla. Everything was delicious! For dessert we had the strawberry cheesecake skillet which was amazing! The portions are big. We'll be back!
