Wir hatten eine andere Erwartung, hatten uns im Grunde bei der Auswahl des Lokals vertan. Es war schwer an diesem Abend einen freien Tisch für 6 Personen zu finden, im STK war jedoch etwas frei, so fiel die Entscheidung. Wie gesagt, wir sind fremd in der Stadt und daher keine persönliche Empfehlung

Hervorragendes Steakhouse auf moderne Art. Das Essen war top, so wie auch die Bedienung. Wir wurden von Max bedient, der sehr aufmerksam war. Jederzeit wieder.

Tonight my friends and I went to STK HOUSE to celebrate my friend Daniel’s birthday. When we entered we had a great impression, the hosts were very friendly, especially Andrés, who gave us a good table. Our waiter was “ISAISH” From the beginning of the dinner, he wasn’t very friendly, but we didn’t care. We had a cake and some candles for our friend. The waiter only gave us the check to pay and we didn’t have the cake until we asked for it. At the time of payment we asked that the check be paid with two cards and the charge of the check was made twice with a card and a charge to the other card and, apart from that, he threw the card on the table in a very rude way. When we talked to him about the cake, he took it to the table and opened it in front of the birthday boy and he wasn’t even kind enough to put the candles on him (the host informed us about the price of cutting the cake and we agreed to pay for it) TERRIBLE SERVICE. I don’t think I’ll have dinner there again. Very different from what they show on social networks

I always come here after work and get a 10 oz steak med well with lobster butter and a bacon Mac…. Everything is always cooked perfectly and my server gave great service. 5 STARS.

We arrived yesterday and was sat outside in the patio. 9 pm arrival reservation. Didn’t eat until 10:15pm. Was informed more people were sat then usual and food would be late. Food didn’t arrive hot. It was cold. 10 minutes of receiving our food we were handed the bill. Not even dent was done in our plates before rushed out. The vibe was terrible, food over priced. Service was the worst experience. Could never recommend.

I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant, but the experience was a complete letdown. From the moment we were seated, it felt like we were being rushed out the door. Our server, Gigi, barely acknowledged us, took our order without much engagement, and then disappeared for most of the meal. The biggest issue? They dropped the check before we even received our food. No explanation, no apology—just a clear message that they wanted to turn the table as quickly as possible. It was incredibly off-putting, especially for a restaurant at this price point. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect at least some level of service and hospitality, but that was completely missing here. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived, it was just average. Nothing special, nothing memorable—certainly not worth the high prices. And not once did Gigi check in to see if we needed anything or if we were satisfied with our meal. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Poor service, overpriced food, and a complete lack of care for the customer. With so many great restaurants out there, I wouldn’t waste my money or time here again.

Food was fantastic. Service on the other hand was terrible and we were shoved in a small room on top of other tables. People had to get out of their seats for others to get in and out. The couple who had the table behind us had to ask us to move our table and eventually just left because it was still too tight. Love STK but I’m not sure I’d return to the Boston location.
