   I had a really bad experience today. It was my daughter’s 9th birthday, and the waiter who served us refused to give us extra soy sauce and another small plate. He said, “Oh, you still have some soy sauce left,” but we were a group of six people. Isn’t it reasonable to ask for more if one is finished? Then, when we asked for another plate, he said, “Oh, your kids have bento boxes, so I’m not supposed to give you another one.” Later, we requested some napkins. Another waiter gave them to us, but then the first waiter tried to take them away. Throughout the entire dinner, we remained polite because our child was with us, and we didn’t want to argue. However, this is not the level of service we expect. We have been to various Sticks’n’Sushi locations many times and have never experienced anything like this before! This was a really disappointing experience for all of us, especially on my daughter’s birthday.

   Efficient and friendly front of house. Charming and helpful wait staff. Unfortunately for me (I am possibly the only person in the Western world, who loathes Avo) whilst not stated on the menu - my salad had a lot of Avocado. My friend had to wait quite a while for her food, but the apology was so charming and sincere, that it didn’t matter. Pretty calm and peaceful for a half term Friday too. We’ll be back

   I am signed into the loyalty scheme and wanted the free coffee to go however when i asked for it I was told by our waitress who seemed annoyed that this should have been done before the bill was settled which I didn't know. It was disappointing as i was looking forward to a nice hot cup of coffee to finish what has otherwise been a lovely dinner

   The staff always chased us to finish our food quicker. My friend and I haven’t seen each other for 3 years so we wanted to dine slowly. But the staff kept coming back and forth and asked if they can take the plates (with food and rolls) so we ended up leaving sooner than planned!

    We often go to Sticks’n’Sushi in White City and the manager, Carolina, always goes above and beyond. She was exceptional with our most recent visit. My partner and I have food intolerances that she always makes sure are taken care of. Carolina’s professionalism and friendly service always make us feel welcome and accommodated. She’s absolutely fantastic and makes a great lasting impression. We definitely recommend!
