Upon arrival the restaurant was closed and said it was closed for a company event. It would have been better to be notified of this so I could have made other arrangements.

We booked a table for 2 for dinner, on a Friday night through open table. Booking was confirmed by the restaurant through the app. However - on arrival, the restaurant was closed with a sign saying ‘closed for private function’. Carpark appeared deserted!

We were on vacation - made reservations 1 week out ; we confirmed our reservations the day before. Arrived at restaurant 15 minutes before our reservation; only to find restaurant had a handwritten note saying they were closed for " a private party" , doors locked ?? We got no prior notice that they were not going to be closed - and left us scrambling to try and find somewhere else to eat for 5 people.

We made reservations on open table and took Uber to steakhouse. When we arrived we learned the entire restaurant was closed for a privaste party. This was our 22nd Anniversary. Very disappointing.

I made the reservation well in advance. It was for my new bride and myself after our elopement ceremony in Red Rock Park. Upon arrival, we were greeted by signage stating that the steakhouse was closed. The doors were locked. There was a phone number to call but no one answered. Many other customers were coming to find the same fate. Steakhouse 89 is definitely off my list of places to try. Thanks for nothing, scumbags.

We drove from Henderson NV to Sedona for our Anniversary. I had made these reservations 2 weeks in advance and upon arrival there was a sign stating, "The restaurant was closed for a private party!" I noticed another gentleman enter the restaurant, so I also went in and was told that indeed the restaurant was closed for a private party! The owner was non caring to my problem and said, "I don't know why they made you a reservation?" I explained that this was a special occasion and that I drove 4.5 hours and made hotel reservations. He didn't seem to really care! There were several other couples that also had reservations and were told the same thing. Needless to say, since this was Valentine's Day weekend all the restaurants were booked, and we were forced to eat at Mc Donalds! My wife was beside herself and the whole trip was ruined!

Horrible business. I made dinner reservations for an anniversary, the restaurant accepted them and I received a verification via text and email. When we showed up at the restaurant, they had a sign saying it was 'closed for private party'. No cars were in the parking lot and nobody inside. Maybe they're going through some troubles, but it ruined our night as it's nearly impossible to find weekend dinner reservations last minute in town. Will NOT try to eat her again and I don't recommend supporting this business... there are many other restaurants in the area that actually care about their patrons.

Had an 830 dinner reservation for Valentine’s Day. Got to the restaurant only to find the parking lot empty and a sign at the door staring they were closed for a private event. Not even worth the one star you have to give. Their disregard for their customers ruined our evening since all other places were booked. They also ruined the evening of all the others we witnessed pulling in the parking lot to the same disappointment.

They accepted our reservation for Valentines Day. Upon showing up, we were shocked to learn they were closed along many other vehicles arriving, that's so devastating

The experience sucked because there was NO EXPERIENCE!! Had Valentine’s Day reservations, showed up and the place was closed. Several other people drove up and experienced the same issue. WTF! Thanks for ruining the night!
