   Made reservations weeks ahead for 12 people. When arrived (on time), the table was not ready. Had to watch the hostess carrying tables and putting them together. The restaurant refused to split the bill, which is infuriating. If Olive Garden can split the bill, then this restaurant should definitely be able to do it. I consider this a horrible service

   The food at Starling is very fresh and innovative - the front of the restaurant is beautiful, almost a New Orleans vibe. The back room is more industrial but plush with all the plants. The wait staff was great, professional and friendly. The menu is sandwiches, tacos and entrees. They featured a passport menu which was Thai food. Our party of 4 shared plates which was nice to sample one another’s choices. I’d definitely recommend.

   Pleasantly surprised at this gem of a restaurant! Nice ambiance, interesting menu with a fair number of vegetarian options, and delicious purple staring cocktail! Service was spectacular! $10 Valet parking a plus as parking is limited. We will be back!

   Our servers name was Indy. She was very attentive. I had the egg tacos and I shared the pancakes with my daughter. Very good! Not busy for a Sunday morning. I would come here again.

   Wonderful Experience! Food and service was outstanding! Unique dishes not found elsewhere. Highly recommend the wok fried green beans and the green curry walleye! Cocktails are excellent as well!

   We went for restaurant week with Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine but none of us ordered off that menu - mostly because it wasn't really a good value so we ordered off the main menu. All the dishes we ordered were excellent and the service was pretty good - although our server disappeared after our food was delivered. Some of us would have ordered a second drink if she can back. Probably our biggest complaint is their absolute lack of ample parking.

   Starling is a rainbow of flavors with such a special ambiance. Andrea, the manager was so kind as was our amazing server, Stacy. They made our reservation at Starling so special, and we cannot wait to be back. You MUST try the Wok Fried Green Beans and Steamed Pork Buns! They were to die for! <3

    Brought my daughter and mother here for lunch. Unique flavors and food. Great price point too. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
