   Food superb. Service was very good....But...We had booked for 8 pm, arrived early at 7:45, asked to pop next door for a drink and return at 8 pm which we did and didn't sit at our table until 8:20 pm, 9 pm by the time our steaks and Turbot arrived. Sat night in their defence and very busy. An observation. When we arrived we were not greeted. We had to wait then approach staff, Emma, to confirm who we were and then sent next door as noted above.

   A vibrant wine bar & restaurant with tasty food and a warm welcome. It has a lovely atmosphere and was very busy. The main courses were a bit staggered with their delivery to our table but we enjoyed them when they arrived. The wine list is extensive with prices from £40.00 / bottle upwards. The waitress was fantastic and explained the menu options and history of the restaurant. We will return.

   Great atmosphere, I asked for a quiet location which we got, a lovely booth for 6 people. Excellent choice of food and wines on the menu. The steaks cooked to perfection especially the sharing T bone steak. Staff very friendly and attentive and service efficient. The restaurant has a good vibe as busy with the wine bar and post work for drinks. Cost approximately £75 per head for two courses and wine. For a special occasion meal good value.

    Had the most delicious 3 course meal at St Vincent’s. Ambiance/atmosphere perfect. A restaurant that’s buzzing from the moment you walk in. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly staff. This was for a special occasion. Had 1 small plate and 1 larger plate each followed by dessert. The food is just so exquisite- super tasty, well cooked, well seasoned. Extensive wine menu, broken down into easy to decipher sections so it was easy to choose. We also had a Sicilian sangria which was just devine. If you’re looking for a special restaurant that’s buzzing will deliver the best food ever, then it’s got to be this one. It is expensive but you get what you pay for and you will not leave disappointed. This is our 2nd time here and for me, it’s the best restaurant that I’ve been to in Newcastle. Well done to all the staff involved.
