   Contender for Seattle's best Italian food. Infatuation has reviewed as more life-affirming than a night at the symphony, and it was a satisfied feeling leaving the restaurant. Service was very efficient, and it seems like a good sign when a server has been there for 4 years. The tajarin was delicate and flavor nice, although no visible or real flavor of the sage, but $33 could reasonably be $23. Rapini was nice and cavatelli was homemade and nice with broccoli as a vegetarian subsitute for rabbit. Choclate tart with hazelnut and cherry was a beautiful sight and worth returning for (and not over-priced). A good spot for anniversary.

   Absolutely outstanding meal here! Started with the bread service and prosciutto di parma - delicious! We split half orders of the tajarin con burro e salvia (BEST pasta I’ve ever had) and tajarin al ragu. We finished with the budino and torta al cioccolato - AMAZING! Our very attentive (but by no means annoying) server suggested wine pairings for the meal. 100% recommend to anyone and everyone!

   Delicious fresh pastas and lamb/beef/cabbage roll secondi. Wish we had room for dessert, as they sounded amazing.

   Our server Louise was wonderful and knowledgeable about the menu. We wanted to order everything on the menu. He helped us to manage and enjoy our food experience. The shareable antipasti was the perfect choice. All the pastas were delicious. It was definitely a taste of Italy. We will have to try the risotto next time. The pork tenderloin and the house special trout was delectable and cooked perfectly. We did save room for dessert. The limone cake and the chocolate torte were very tasty. My husband was very happy that he picked the restaurant for his birthday dinner. We enjoyed every moment. We will definitely return to try the rest of the menu :)

   Wonderful meal at Spinasse! Celebrating my friends birthday, we both opted for a full serving of their signature tajarin con burro e salvia and shared a pair of vegetable sides, roasted carrots and sautéed kale. The vegetables were both fantastic with the delightful, rich pasta. Tried one of the mocktails and it was delicious. So appreciate more restaurants offering fun, non alcoholic options. Caramel budino and espresso were just the right amount of sweetness to finish the meal. Reservations were tough to get, but worth the challenge. Friendly service and did not feel rushed. Didn’t luck out with street parking this time, but found a cheap lot a couple of blocks away. Already looking forward to another visit.

   Spinasse exceeded all expectations! The Tajarin con Burro e Salvia (butter and sage pasta) was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly delicate and rich in flavor. They even surprised us with a candle-lit Torta al Cioccolato dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch! I also love that they offer half-plate portions, making it easy to sample more dishes. The wine selection was excellent, and the overall experience was unforgettable. Can’t wait to visit again!

    Best Italian meal ever! From start to finish everything was delicious. The flavors were incredible in every dish from salad to appetizer to pasta dishes to entrees and dessert. Service was as good as the food. The restaurant was filled with the scrumptious aromas of the kitchen. It was stellar.
