Spaghetti House Haymarket an arrow's throw from Cupid's bow, close to Piccadilly Circus & Trafalgar Square, within walking distance of the Theatre Royal, the Comedy Theatre & Her Majesty's Theatre & of course the National Gallery & St James's Park.
Fresh ingredients are at the heart of all the dishes, which are all cooked to order for your enjoyment.
The menu offers something for everyone , truly tasty pasta & pizzas, made from the finest '00' grade of Italian wheat, the famous BIB (the Best Italian Burger), healthy salads & of course all the traditional & well-loved dishes.

They lost our booking, offered us the worst table, served food awkwardly for every course, and served tea in a dirty cup. We were regulars for 15 years before the pandemic, and were shocked by the decline.

Sorry to say it was awful. They said they didn’t have my booking - I had to prove it. Waited 20 mins for a drink which was horrible when it arrived - the Prosecco tasted off. The pasta wasn’t cooked - one end hadn’t made the water! Then to finalise it - the tiramisu was frozen!! They took it back and clearly microwaved it as it was sloppy one dude and still cold in the middle - unbelievable!

Food was lovely, restaurant was quite busy when we arrive due to the show next road. We had the linguine gamberi. Staff was overwhelmed but always kind and responsive. Will be back for sure.

The evening started ok with a greeting, nice olives, beer & Gin cocktail. After that it went downhill rapidly. The service was not good as we wanted a leisurely meal but were asked by numerous staff in a space of 10 mins if we were ready to order. We ordered a chicken escalope which was over cooked around the edges and only warm in the middle and a spaghetti carbonara which was inedible and returned to the kitchen. No apologies at all but we were offered an alternative which was declined. The potato side dish was unappetising in looks and taste too. We did Nat take a dessert. At no time were we offered an apology despite commenting quietly. The diners on the next table walked out! We did not pay so called discretionary 13.5% service charge as we felt the service and food let down the restaurant.

Was very bad service, waitress had very bad attitude she brought us the wrong food and then went off with it in a huff, we had to keep asking for things twice as was ignored, food was not very edible we will certainly not be going back
