Somerville was an amazing experience from top to bottom. The ambiance, the service, and definitely the food were all great. Them being busy didn’t retract from anything The short rib was hands down my favorite. That mixed with the collard green lasagna was unmatched. The sea bass was good as well, but those two really took the cake. I also had the Golden Age drink because I mean, I can’t not get the SirDavis drink, and it was A1. I am from louisiana and very judgy when it comes to food, and Somerville did not disappoint. Just try to get a reservation sooner rather than later. I lucked up and snagged one day of but it was scary hours before that.

Truly enjoyed my first time at Somerville. The food we ordered was delicious.. who ever is back there cooking the chicken is doing the lords work. It was so juicy & fresh! I’d love to see them expand the menu a bit - add a seafood & pasta dish. I also felt like the dessert menu could’ve had some sweet potato pie or red velvet cake on it after all they’re serving collard greens lasagna. Overall I’ll definitely go back! The live music was such a great backdrop to a friends night out.

I was super excited to return for visit #2 after having an amazing visit in January. My only disappointment was that the menu options changed. My taste buds were set for the lamb entree that was beyond great. However, I arrived to find that it’s no longer served. The mashed potatoes were removed as well. The brussel sprouts and truffle fries were my only saving grace. I settled for the rib eye steak which was good but not as exciting as my expected lamb dinner. My wishes - add a ceasar salad to the menu as well as butter cake of some sort to the dessert menu. That’s all.

Amazing anniversary dinner! Our server was so kind (I hate that I don't remember her name!) and extremely attentive. Music was amazing. Every dish we ordered was so good! Drinks are spendy, but felt worth it for a special occasion.

Our dinner and night out were absolutely worth the wait! From the live music to the incredible short ribs…pure perfection. The attention to detail in the aesthetics was breathtaking, and we were so impressed with the staff’s attentiveness. We had a wonderful evening, and we truly appreciated the overall excellence of our visit! Will be searching for another rezy

An absolute jewel! 1000/10. A vibe is too weak a description, Somerville is an EXPERIENCE. The staff from the hostess stand (Marisa and Mo) to the band, bartenders, and waitstaff are sheer perfection. Let’s talk food … the fried chicken and caviar sliders are not to be skipped. Just do not skip them. Make the room and don’t ask for any subs. That butter/sweet pickle is most subtle finisher. To the Mac and Cheese ADD THE LOBSTER. Your entree, at least one of them HAS to be the Collard Green Lasagna. I know. It’s different, but it’s DELICIOUS! That’s all I have to say until next time. I’ll be back for certain, over and over again. PS- my cocktail was DEVINE!

Beautiful aesthetic, decorating and environment. The jazz trio was an added bonus—they were very talented and added to the atmosphere—just the right volume so as not to be intrusive, yer delightful during dinner. The food was delicious, ( we had the chicory and crab salad, striped bass with curry sauce and the braised short rib and ordered a side of the delicious Brussels sprouts). Everything was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were good. However, we were disappointed that we didn’t get the opportunity to try the Parker house dinner rolls as when we arrived for our 9pm dinner reservation, we were told that they had run out of them? Seems a little odd since that seems to be a signature item on the menu. Dessert was delicious!
