If you would like a special Memento Menu printed for your Birthday, Anniversary or other Special Occasion, let us know under "Special Request" any applicable names or years of celebration to add to your menu! 24 Hours advanced notice required. If a name for the honoree, birthday age or years of celebration is not annotated, we unfortunately will not be able to print your custom menu as there is not enough information to go on to create a personal menu. Please specify if you are ordering (1) Menu, say for a Birthday or if you would like multiple Memento Menus. You can annotate how many menus you would like under the same "Special Request" section when booking.
