The restaurant was beautiful. We waited about 10 maybe 15 minutes for seating. The unfortunate thing was it took over an hour for us to get our food. When they brought my food out, it was incorrect so I had to send it back and by the time they brought it back out again my partner had already finished his food, so I was just ready to go.

This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT...EVERYTHING was TOP NOTCH...Our waiter/server Mike was spot on and attentive to our needs...Food was DELICIOUS and beyond expectations...Everyone was friendly and courteous...I will DEFINITELY be going back soon because there are still other food selections I need to try...The ONLY issue I had has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but finding it was a little difficult and the garage parking was TERRIBLE, but DONT let that stop you from going to 1 of the BEST restaurants in Atlanta...

Food was amazing, but the service sucked. Even with a reservation, still had to wait about 12 minutes to be seated. Our waitress took forever to even check on us, our appetizers showed up before we even had water/drinks. But the food was very good.

Snap Thai is a cool spot but their limited menu for Valentine's day was honestly disappointing. It was JUST lobster and beef. For ALL 4 courses. And the drink menu was also subpar. Couldn't order outside of the set-in-stone curated list. Only Reserved because of their main dinner menu but that Valentine's day menu was Not enjoyable. Didn't finish a single course. Really REALLY had high hopes for this place. Service was EXCELLENT though so that's an upside. Please revisit your menu especially if it's limited for days like Valentine's day. We ended up grabbing food somewhere else after we left (after paying over $400). Cannot recommend

I had a reservation for 7pm, arrived early, and was told that there were no seats available. I was seated around 7:10pm. There was a live performer singing and playing electric guitar which was too loud and disrupted the mood and ambiance of what should be a nice, quiet Valentine's Day dinner. The performer was a good guitarist but unfortunately not the best singer, as their voice was quite pitchy. Only when the performer stopped playing and quiet background music was playing on the speakers was I able to properly hear my date speaking. The chairs were very awkwardly shaped and uncomfortable, and we kept having to scoot inwards to accommodate space for servers walking around us. The servers were too eager to refill our waters when they weren't even half empty, coming by every 5-10 minutes and interrupting our meal. At one point, a server attempted to light the candle at our table, but it immediately went out and was left unlit. The prix fixe menu food was decent, but not worth the price of $308 for 2 people after tax and automatic 20% tip. For our first course, we had three small bites resting on a bed of hard black decorative beans. These beans would stick to the food and I had to spit out 4 of them since they were not edible. One of the bites was in a shot glass which was a very awkward experience to eat out of. For the second course, there were pieces of inedible wood in the soup which was unexpected. The main course was decent, but the quality of the lobster, sea bass, and braised Wagyu was a bit lackluster for what should be a high-end restaurant. The desert was well decorated, however awkward to eat with a spoon as there were strawberry slices, blueberries, and whipped cream scattered in a circle that were difficult to pick up. Overall the taste of the food was decent, however the chef really needs to rethink the experience of the diner. It was clear that they did not have critics or anyone in general try out the menu before deciding to serve it to customers.

Snap Thai is an amazing restaurant! The food is delicious and the ambiance is so nice. I love coming for lunch or dinner. The Valentines prefixed menu was amazing! We loved every dish!
