   The restaurant has changed from a wait service to an automated “ order on your phone” approach”. The wait staff brings your food . It’s like Uber eats in a restaurant, only Uber is easier. I don’t like it….. even though the food is very good. I won’t be back.

   I've enjoyed Small Giant in the past but some changes have made it likely this was my last visit. Prior visits we had menus and table service, all of which is gone. Only way to order is using a QR code to find the menu on your phone, which made it difficult to see what all was on the menu. The first order delivered to our table was not ours, and in fact made its way to two other locations before finding the right table. When our order did come, we had to request napkins and silver. The food delivery personnel were pleasant but the lack of table service was noticeable. I'm sure it's less expensive for them but for the price point you'd expect more. Disappointed in this change and won't be back.

   Went for brunch. Food was tasty. Menu is a little limited but not a drawback. Quiet on a Sunday morning/midday. I personally liked the ordering system with a QR code. Staff checked on us regularly. Only unusual aspect was they serve coffee (good) but had no cream or milk. One of the staff found what was probably another staff member’s flavored creamer, which was kind. Situation was odd since they are a bar and kitchen, but had no other option.

   The only time we saw any wait staff was after we ordered ourselves, via QR code on the table, then they brought us food and water. Way too expensive and way too distant. Little to no interaction with any employees. Odd experience.

   The food was very tasty but the service was a bit slow. They also want you to order off a QR code which is not very convenient with a big group of people. Would maybe go back but would not rush back.

   We’ve dined here several times & have always enjoyed. This visit was different… mostly because of the food. We ordered the dip trio. The cheese was good; the salsa was ok; the guac was sooo bland! We also ordered the meat lovers pizza which was delicious, but we had to send it back to the kitchen to be cut.. It wasn’t cut all the way through (not even close!)

   It was horrible. So noisy and any attempt at ordering food was impossible. We let the host know we were leaving and went to a different restaurant. I will never go to small giant again.

   Food was great, experience was poor. The new ordering system should be scraped. I go out with friends to put our phones down, not be forced to have them out. On top of that, the mobile menu lacks important details about the options. Felt like I was at a dive bar not a water street restaurant charging $20 for a burger. The service staff was attentive, but being forced to have our phones out during dinner was a major turn off.

    The pizza oven was broken and the stuff didn’t think to mention this when they sat us. Most people go here for their pizza so this was disappointing considering it’s like half of their menu.
