we were literally the only one’s eating at 6pm, everyone else was getting drunk

Slug and lettuce app kept saying there was an issue with the app and would not take my payment. My friend tried and it worked fine. But slug and lettuce had taken payment from my account for the two “failed orders”. £41.06 x 2. Not happy

Felt like being in a low-rent caf. Food took a very long time to get to us (and all of the people around us). When it arrived it was not even average. Lighting was far too bright. Didn’t have temperature checked when we arrived. And the staff seemed unconcerned about cleanliness. Won’t be returning for food.
