   the customer service was very poor, no instructions on what to do, drinks and food were very average the only good thing was the decoration and music

   Terrible got there with reservation on my phone but they said nothing on the system the staff were no help and down right rude ruined a special day as it was Valentine’s Day and couldn’t find any other available restaurant. Staff member Lydia was disrespect rude and about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

   Terrible service. Reservation was not there, despite having been booked 3 weeks in advance. Staff were rude and refused to try to help us. Starters and mains were brought out together so the mains were cold when we eventually got to eat. Bar staff were surly and talked to each other about their breaks while chucking the drinks and change at me. If I could rate it zero, I would
