Welcome to Slainte! This large space in the heart of the city gives visitors a unique take on Irish favorites along with traditional offerings. Two large garage style doors adorn either side of the front door that welcomes you in - "Slainte"! Four televisions give patrons a great place to watch their team while cozy semi circle booths offer a more intimate gathering space for friends. One of the longest bars around offers 8 drafts as well as satisfying cocktails. Come for the drinks, stay for the food, enjoy the atmosphere. There’s plenty of room here for you. Whether you’re a music fan, a sports fan, or just looking for a nice spot to sit and enjoy a delicious meal and a pint, you’ll find yourself satisfied at Slainte.

I ordered a Bloody Mary NOT SPICY, it was SO spicy, I couldn't drink it and had to send it back. My beet salad was DROWNED in salad dressing, actually gloppy. Chicken pot pie was seasoned too heavily with thyme - basically chicken stew with a piece of baked topping laid on it. Quite a disappointing meal, truth be told.

We had a great pre-show dinner. Best French onion soup We’ve ever tasted along with fish and chips lovely server Jules. Quite lively due to St Patrick’s weekend but fun nonetheless

Overall, eating here was a good experience for pre-show dinner. We had made a reservation for 5:00p and sat immediately as it was not busy. Service was good up to the time the restaurant got busy. Our server was working the bar but also had two tables against the far wall. We placed drink and appetizer order and then had to flag her multiple times to place dinner and drink orders. There are many dining options in the area which I would look at but I would go to Slainte again for the food and atmosphere but make sure our server was going to pay attention.
