   Well, we got our reservation few weeks in advance before our anniversary trip to New York, got email confirming that we were going and they were ready to ready us, only to get there a finding out an hour before our reservation that they were closed that day. And we only found out because we checked their instagram profile, they didn't even tell us anything.

   Amazing experience bartenders were bomb amazing drinks - a little difficulty about the sports games but other than that GREAT!

   I made a reservation WEEKS before. There is a link on the Skybar website which takes you to open table . My reservation was for 3 pm. the restaurant was CLOSED. Tried calling NO answer. No voice mail either. Website says they open at 5 pm???? Never saw that until we were standing outside the place and it wasn't open. Why in the world can you make a reservation at a time that the place is closed ????????

   Not a great experience, took for ever to get service even though the spot was relatively empty on a Friday night. Waiter overcharged our drinks after promoting the same promotional item. Music was obnoxiously loud for a marginally empty bar. Outdoor balcony area was unkempt.

   The worst service. I went on a cold Sunday afternoon and wanted to check out the place. I made a reservation, arrived at the place and was alone. No one attended to me. I sat at a table. The waitress brought me the menu and it took more than 15 minutes. In the end, I left and no one asked for my name on the reservation. I do not recommend it.

   My friends and I attended a New Year's Eve event here, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We made a reservation to eat before the event, but upon arrival, we were told that reservations weren't being honored due to the event and that seating was first-come, first-serve. Frustrating, but we decided to make the best of it. When we tried to check our coats, we were informed there was no coat check available, leaving us to stand for hours holding our jackets--completely unacceptable for an event like this. At the bar, there were about 50-60 people with only three bartenders, resulting in painfully long wait times. When we finally got to the front, we were told food was no longer being served, something that was never communicated beforehand. We managed to get one drink during the open bar period (8-10 PM), but when we tried to get another, the bartender refused, claiming they had to prioritize people who hadn't had a drink yet. This was outrageous, considering we had paid for an open bar. We were also promised a midnight champagne toast, which never happened. Adding insult to injury, the DJ ended their set at exactly 12:30 AM, even though the venue was selling after-party tickets for 1-4 AM. It felt like a complete scam. The DJ's performance was underwhelming, and the countdown to the New Year was botched--starting at 5 seconds instead of 10. By midnight, we just wanted to leave, but the exit process was absolute chaos. The elevator was overcrowded and unsafe, forcing my friends and me to use the emergency stairs to get out. This event was poorly planned, unsafe, and felt intentionally misleading. I would strongly recommend avoiding any events at this venue until they address their organizational issues and deliver what they promise.

   I was with 3 of my wife’s friends, we had the worst experience. Starting with charge fee at the entrance, then we got at the roof no one was there to seat us besides that I made a reservation, anyway I got to ask a looked like security guy to get us a server. After 35 minutes she came and took order food came incomplete, drinks took another 30 minutes. I went to the bar to get drinks for my table I delivered to my table and bartender charged me 20% of tips. You f…king kidding me. We got the check she includeds 22% to the bill she didn’t say anything. We did give her tips but tips was already included in check. That was out of her mind. I will report it to my back cause they never answer the phone in the website they have.

    We were really let down by our visit to Sky Bar. The menu was extremely limited, and the food was subpar—definitely not worth the price. On top of that, it took forever to get our order in, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the bouncer tried to charge us a $20 cover fee, which felt completely unjustified given the lackluster experience inside. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.
