   What a beautiful restaurant! Loved the local sourcing of ingredients. I enjoyed the pork bao bun sliders, the Brussels sprouts, the bread choices (cornbread—yum!). Others in the party enjoyed the salmon. I see on the breakfast menu that they serve goetta. My worlds collide! I grew up in Darke County and have lived in Cincinnati for 40 years; goetta is a favorite here in Porkopolis, so it’s fun to see it on the menu back home. I’ll be telling friends to make the drive to Versailles for a delicious and unique dining experience!

   Absolutely incredible! We had the chefs seasonal tasting for two paired with the recommended wines for each of the five courses and it was the best meal we have ever experienced. My wife and I have eaten at a lot of fine dining restaurants all over the country and this one tops them all! So good!

   The meal, service and ambiance is all exceptional. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu items with many new entrees.

   Amazing food!! Everything we have ever ordered has been out of this world!! Dim the lights a little more to create a more cozy vibe! 5 stars!!

   Although we had multiple issues, the manager was very gracious about correcting our concerns. The fried mushrooms were the hit of the night for everyone at our table.

   Julia, Thank you your feedback. My Food + Beverage Director, Samantha and I have discussed your dining experience and are terribly sorry it fell short of your expectations. I know you spoke with Samantha when your first glass of wine tasted off and she was able to replace it with a new glass, she also replaced your 2nd glass when you weren't enjoying it with a 3rd. She also offered your table complimentary desserts when you expressed that you didn't enjoy our burger as well as removing the charges for your wine when you communicated that was your expectation. If you're willing, what could we have done differently to earn more than 2 stars for service. We hope we can welcome you again and earn our goal of 5 stars every time!    Great bday dinner. Perfect server. Lovely food esp brussel sprouts. Need angostura bitters for manhattan tho.

   We had a very nice experience tonight at Silas’s charcuterie board was outstanding and the chard Wagyu was phenomenal like always

    Fantastic menu featuring creative dishes! From the appetizers to dessert everything was delicious…not to mention the cocktails were on point as well.
