When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk, but a sign said to wait to be seated. It took three staff members to seat me as a single when the restaurant was not busy at all. I waited 5-10 min to be seated. We were served by a waitress who was on her first day. She was very sweet and did her very best, but did not know many of the menu options, and could not offer many recommendations. This is a training issue, and she should have been shadowed so that she can accelerate her learning. My dish was served and it was extremely bland, almost as though the chef forgot to put in a sauce in it. My guest and I both had a beer, which attracted a huge amount of fruit flies that were disturbing us the entire evening. After finishing, or nearly finishing our beers, the server did not offer to take the glasses away, even through the dessert portion with coffee. Cutlery was also not brought out with our dinners, and wet napkins should have been offered to us since we both ordered wings. The waitress really tried hard to please us, and she was really nice. This is not her fault. When I ordered dessert, my guest got his delivered, but I was told that they had no more of my selection. The nice part of all this is that they did not charge me for my entree or my dessert. Nice touch. I tipped more than usual because the waitress did work hard for us. I'll come back, but this was not the best experience I've had.

We had a delightful meal on the restaurant's patio. Food was tasty and the service good.

Don't go. The food was basic at best and the service was atrocious. The waitress kept leaving and going into the back of the restaurant so any time we needed anything, like a drink refill or ketchup we had to wait at least 15 min. If the restaurant was busy it would not bother me at all but the restaurant was dead. There was very few people dining at this time and there appeared to be loads of staff working. The waitress was friendly and not rude but the service was nonexistent. By half way through our meal I stopped asking for anything cause there was no point since it took so long to get anything. When the bill came the smallest tip option was 20% which just made me angry.

Horrible experience and staff, including management. I had issues concerning hygiene and safety which were dismissed. Overall, the restaurant is lacking basic hygiene infrastructure and leadership to address related issues. This needs to be looked into.

First of all the server forgot what we ordered brought the wrong stuff There was no refills on the drinks. The food was really really cold Then we asked for Condiments they brought us three different ones that were empty, So we finally just gave up I will not be ever coming to this location ever again Horrible

I would not recommend eating here. The young girls at the front desk have no clue what they're doing. The food was gross.

We had the most appalling experience at the Burlington Shoeless Joes. We were waiting for almost an hour for our food order, our server came past twice in the first 15min and we had to chase her down to follow up on the order. We were just about to walk out when the two of the three meals arrived so we sat back down however upon tasting the food my wife’s sweet potato fries were cold 🤯 so we left and will not be back. We spoke with the manager and he was incompetent and I think that was half the servers were working hard but without any real direction or leadership.

Even though the food was excellent, and we can appreciate that on a holiday you were short staffed... But at least 10 tables were filled with dirty dishes from previous customers for the entire two hours that we were there. Surely the manager coukd have assisted.

Awful service. Weren't provided menus. We were told no cocktails. Servers ignored us the whole night. Incorrect drinks and food brought to us. Had to flag down servers constantly to ask to order food and drinks.

We went for the superbowl. The hostess had no idea where our table was and made us do laps around the whole restaurant. The TVs were the worst part. They were extremely delayed and kept glitching. We couldn’t hear anything due to the noises overlaying each other. Majority of the food came out at the same time but one of the people at our table got the food once we were almost done eating.
