The Snapper and Grouper were cooked appropriately but the steamed vegetables were a nanosecond away from being baby food. It appeared that every entree came with this vegetable combo. The Mahi-mahi appetizer came with a non descript sauce, terrible presentation for an upscale restaurant. I had the grouper special which was plated over dry angel hair pasta…no sauce at all. Similarly the snapper plated over a mountain of rice was lacking sauce. We had to ask for butter and then had to find the waitress only to have the manager bring it to the table. One can be easily fooled by the positive reviews, perhaps the restaurant writes them or diners have a very low expectation. At the hostess station there is a lone Zagat plaque touting the establishment from 2002 and not a single other one. I’ve eaten at so many better restaurants in Key West. The price point is not worth it

Excellent service. Excellent food preparation- food came in appropriate time and did not lag. Seafood was flavorful & portions were perfect.

Two of our party get the food was good, better than average but not spectacular I was very happy with mine, based on that you would need to make your own call but it was nice to be a couple blocks off Duval

A few dishes are quite good, but they are grossly overpriced. Small ethnic restaurants in Key West like El Siboney serve better food for half the price. My drink was also a watered down aperol spritz I sent back after one sip. All ice. Tiresome.

Great selection of local fresh caught seafood and enough variety ont he menu to satisfy those who want something else. We had the Smoked mahi app and it was amazing.

DEFINITELY a five star experience. We ate there two nights in a row it was so great!! The lobster Alfredo was particularly wonderful. But I think you could close your eyes and just point to anything on the menu and you’d be happy. Great restaurant. See if you can request Sombra for your server — she is excellent.
