   Our party travelled to Colony Square specifically to go to Serena's. That requires parking in the adjacent lot, which was VERY difficult to access. After departing my car, I lost my parking ticket. I realized it as soon as I got into Serena's. In spite of telling everyone at the restaurant, I got absolutely no assistance--none. I was directed to go to the hotel concierge (outside the restaurant), who directed me to a parking box. I reported my lost ticket, which was within minutes of parking. I was told the charge was supposed to be $90, but since I reported it, it would only be $30. REALLY???? The people at Serena's must said sorry, but made no effort what so every to help--and by the way, the comp parking could not be applied since I didn't have my ticket. Another REALLY??? To make matters worse, I had listed on Open Table that we were at Serena's celebrating 2 birthdays. That was never mentioned or even acknowledged by the restaurant. So, what should have been a happy celebration was awful. My fault, I know, for losing my parking ticket. Nobody being able to offer any help except to charge me $90-$30 is a huge issue.

   Our server Logan was amazing and informative!! The food and atmosphere were perfect and I look forward to my next visit.

   We are old but not ugly and every time we come (with reservations) we are offended that we are consistently sat in the back the restaurant, even though there are plenty of open tables in the main part of the restaurant.

   Great dinner! Especially a pre-theater dinner as the service was good, understood our need of timeliness, etc. my actually dinner was excellent! And good voice of wines.

   Food was good, server was good, although kept being too pushy on the drinks, I said no thank you like four times. Ambience was chill. The food was tasty but I added shrimp to my pasta and it was $12 for 3 tiny shrimp which wasn’t worth it. I had the chai drink and could not taste any chai in it but I did get a small buzz from it. Overall, it was good but not wow.

   Brandon our waiter was outstanding. He was personable and attentive. Food was very good. Especially the calamari and seafood risotto. Love the overall atmosphere

   We went on a quiet Sunday afternoon and learned that only the (more limited) brunch menu was available. Nonetheless, we had a very good pasta bolognese in the milder, smoother, Northern Italian style. The black truffle ravioli was flavorful but a bit salty for our taste. Also very good desserts - the limoncello cake and another dessert essentially a chocolate mousse with a thin chocolate crust in bourbon creme Anglaise, the latter of which is so good it ought to be offered as a dessert on its own. Good to very good value for what we ate.

    Gnocchi and angel hair extremely overcooked. The portions of chicken and portions overall extremely small. Three of us had the overcooked gnocchi and there must have been a total of 10-12 pieces per dish only. Chicken cacciatore was small and tasteless. Way too expensive for low quality food.
