   The staff at Seasons is exceptionally polite and accommodating. The vibe is relaxed and the food solid. We always enjoy going there!

   We were a bit disappointed that the expected offering had changed so much since the last time we had brunch there. There seemed to be fewer offering available. The French Toasted was hard and dry (we let the wait staff know). The bagel didn't seem fresh and not much variety in bread to toast to have with your eggs. But I must say the wait staff was attentive and provided excellent service.

   We love going there. It seems every time we go they have new staff though not cooks or servers but the table servers. They could be a little more assertive.

   The wraps are great! Drinks were expertly made. The bartender Lindsey makes a great old fashioned! Very helpful with recommendations and prompt.

   Great atmosphere and friendly employees and servers. It was a great to celebrate Father’s Day brunch.

   It seems this time less to choose from on food and the price went up again. That’s too bad we have been going there for about 12 or more years. It seem like it always different staff and servers every other time we go. I really think the price is getting ridiculous for what they are offering now.

   The restaurant was packed due to trivia night. There was not enough staff and the wait time was over an hour and fifteen minutes for a sandwich. Honestly we were ready to walk out. When we asked to speak to a manager (Catherine?) all she did was make excuses at how busy the restaurant was. She did not apologize nor did she offer to comp a meal as a quick bite turned into a 2 hour ordeal. In fact, one of our guests responded to her when she asked ,”what do you want me to do?” And she said how about comping my meal. She responded to the guest with attitude stating- “ I can’t do that” and walked away from the table. ( unlike our waiter who was apologetic and kind) We understand when at times the restaurant is short staffed as we have been regular patrons of Seasons. However, when the manager is rude about it, the whole narrative changes. It’s not the customers responsibility to “please be patient” when an hour and a half goes by and we don’t have our sandwiches. It’s disappointing at best. When the bill came- the manager didn’t even comp our ice teas. We didn’t even drink! Customer service is key.

   Amazing setting with a babbling brook out the glass rotunda windows…buffet is diverse fresh and plentiful options…piano music is the icing, ambience is perfect.
