Located on the main level of the riviera plaza hotel, we offer a modern take on Italian. Specializing in hand tossed pizzas and house made pastas.
Our pizzas are a 3 day cold fermentation process using a double “00” artisan flour imported from Italy. We’ve been awarded multiple awards for best pizza in YYC.
All pastas are made to order so no worries on any allergies, we will gladly accommodate any lifestyle including celiac, vegetarian and Halal.
We also offer an amazing patio filled with beautiful fruit trees and a cozy lounge.

This restaurant is not open. Apparently closed for renovations. I had a reservation for Jan 19, 2025, I even got a confirmation from Open Table the day before. Beware & do not purchase the Groupon currently offered. I called the restaurant repeatedly, emailed, phoned the hotel and used the contact us on the website with no luck. I'd avoid this business. Don't waste your time.

Hi, Very dissapointed, the place has been closed for the past 3 weeks. How it is possible that you still are booking reservations for this place and requesting feedback! It was my daughter 18th birthday and I wanted to be special for her, what a surprise! Please update your information so other customers do not have to go through this situation. Also the lady in the hotel's reception, was careless and rude while letting us know they were closed for the past 3 weeks and they do not have any further information.

Had a reservation on Saturday for a birthday, but once we got there, we noticed it wasn't even open!

Would never eat here again! They ran out of several menu items and draft beer. Service was speedy but food was underwhelming. Kids were running in and out of the bar where we were eating as there was a private function in the restaurant.

First experience at this establishment, and I will not be returning! Upon arrival, walked into the bar part, nobody there, walked thru another door, looked around, seen nobody, walked towards the kitchen, seen someone, told him we had reservations, was told we can sit in the bar or in the restaurant, we chose restaurant. Nobody else was in the restaurant, or bar part, I now understand why! We ordered our meals, the lasagna was rather watery and overcooked, no salt and pepper on the table, we had to ask for that, no complimentary breads, like other reputable Italian restaurants provide, not to mention any restaurant, had to ask for Parmesan cheese, when it arrived it was powered so fine, it was dust. Real Italian parmesan cheese would have been a plus, like other Italian restaurants serve. Advertising they are a modern Italian restaurant…is not what this establishment is! Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. This night out for us was a celebration, and a disappointment 🙄.

We made a booking, only to drive and be told it wasn't open. So for that it was very poor.

Our steaks were perfect, the service was great, and the environment was relatively quiet and non-fussy. Would recommend!

Restaurant is bright and open. Food is good but not great. (Steak was over cooked.) Bruschetta was made with halved cherry tomatoes and came with naan bread. Chicken parmigiana was a HUGE portion. Automatic 15% gratuity added to the bill is a bad idea. Service was good.
