    We sat in the bar area and shared a bunch of dishes. The Caesar salad which they split between the 2 of us was plentiful and delicious. The meatball appetizer was excellent. The grilled octopus appetizer was way too chewy but we ate it anyway because we were hungry and didn’t feel like sending it back. The margarita pizza was perfect. Overall I would recommend this place and go back again.

    We enjoyed our meals. The beef short rib was cooked perfectly and the branzino fillet was very good. The branzino was served on a small oval plate which made it a bit wonky and messy to eat. We were seated on the parch dining room and was very tight seating. Our table didn't have a light over the table and when they dimmed the lights it was very dark at our table. We requested to have the lights brought up a bit, but that never happened. Our waiter never followed up with us on our request. Even if they couldn't or wouldn't, it would have been nice to have our request acknowledged. We asked to have a scoop of sorbet and a scoop of gelato instead of two scoops of gelato for dessert, however we were informed that the Chef wouldn't allow it. Can't understand that one.... Overall we had a nice experience with the food but we felt the service was quite smug and inflexible.

    The service and food was amazing here! The filet mignon was prepared perfectly. The portions weren’t too much and I like that. Valet service was excellent as well. Definitely returning there.

    Another wonderful meal! Service was excellent! Always nice to dine out on a weeknight at neighborhood favorite.

    Really nice lunch, food and wine was great and they were very tolerant of our babies during a non-busy time at the restaurant!

    Last night was our second time dining at Savona. Had it been our first, we wouldn't have gone back. Clearly, we were spoiled last year when we visited: The service and the food had been exceptional. Last night, everything was ok/fine. The service: Our server didn't introduce himself, forgot our coffee, and after dessert was served, didn't return to our table except to hand us the bill. His food recommendations weren't on point either. The food: Among the four of us, one loved his entree (branzino). The spaghetti was wound so tight that it was nearly impossible to twirl without wearing the sauce. The BT Pizza was more like a flatbread with a saltine cracker crust. Our experience was disappointing and doesn't warrant a third try.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE SAVONA! They do everything right although they did forget my wifes BDAY candles this year (it is her annual Bday dinner spot). No biggy as otherwise all was wonderful.

    We have been to this restaurant twice now and both times were outstanding. The food is made from scratch and delicious. We received a warm welcome and the servers were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the food and wine. The super Tuscan by the glass was delicious. We will definitely be back!
