Built in 1867, Satchmo's Corner sits in a wonderful old building in the market town of Rugby, famous for the game, Rugby School and for being
The Gateway to the Midlands.
Satchmo's Corner represents all one wants to enjoy in a restaurant, one might say. Take some time out of your day to slow down and relax in the epitome of comfort, in our soft lounge area or more formally at the table where you will be served food from our menus of modern British cuisine,
whether breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or evening meal all of which are cooked in-house by our amazing Chef's, who prepare, cook and serve
fresh food daily, Tuesday to Sunday.
Starting with an array of delicious choices.
Breakfast with an array of options is served 9am - 12pm, and our luncheon menu, from 12pm - 6pm.
Satchmo’s would not be complete if we didn’t offer our quintessentially English afternoon teas which are served 1pm – 4pm and followed by
dinner at 5pm.

My friend and I had the fixed price menu and the food was exceptional. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable and the service superb. An excellent way to spend a pre Christmas lunchtime!

Great cocktails to start the evening. Good food choice on menu. Excellent quality and perfectly timed. Great staff.

The food was excellent and well presented. Sorry to say the service was very slow. The staff were busy serving people who had come in for drinks. We were seated by the door and it was a cold night. Every time someone arrived or went out to vape there was a really cold draught.

We had a very nice welcome at the door and shown to our table, very attentive to begin with and food was lovely but as the place got busy, it was slow to get a drink and the waiter had forgotten a drink I had ordered so took quite a while to catch him and remind him, would definitely go back though.

Amazing experience again. Definitely highly recommend. That's the 3rd time there. It's a food heaven.

My son and I came for breakfast which was lovely. I'd definatly come again but would like to try lunch or an evening meal.
