Service was slow, food was very rapid but average. Calzone was dry with very little filling, I was charged for salami and found 3 very small pieces.

We love this restaurant, booked Christmas Eve looking forward to it, but disappointed that the Festive Menu was not offered. When asked we were told its finished! A festive menu that is not available on Christmas Eve doesn't make sense. Unfortunately its tarnished the enjoyment we had coming to Salvi's because you start thinking was it available or did they just want to get us on the standard menu that obviously cost more? umm! Never mind we paid and enjoyed the food, but it spoiled it.

I took my partner out for a birthday dinner. When making my booking, Open table asked if there was any special occasion and I stated that there was a birthday. Additionally, I wrote in the booking comments that it was my partners birthday and that I’d greatly appreciate some sort of special gesture & would be happy to pay for it. The entire evening was disappointing. The staff were generally inattentive and we waited 25 minutes after receiving our drinks to order our food. I tried to be understanding, but the restaurant wasn’t even busy. At the end of the evening I asked to see a dessert menu, hoping to indicate to staff that I’d like the birthday gesture, but my entire request was ignored. I instead asked for the bill which we then waited 20 minutes for. I would like to add that apart from the poor service, that the food was absolutely incredible, my partner and I genuinely enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it was just a disappointing experience for us.

We regularly visit Salvi's, to catch up with friends and family for a lovely get together. Enjoying a relaxing atmosphere with yummy food. Unfortunately on this occasion we felt let down! Service was slow, having to remind drinks ordered, haven't received the Olives. Tuna fish was beautifully cooked but very over priced with nothing else on the plate!

The best Italian in mcr - with the most delightful staff! Well our meal at salvis was 4th date and wow I could not have picked a better place! The food was classic Italian , the service was also classic Italian, nothing was too much trouble - it was the stage for an amazing night

Very clean and modern restaurant, although a bit tricky to find Food was excellent and the service was good . The staff were very pleasant and made time to chat . Would recommend

We ate at Salvi's on a very busy damp Saturday. it was away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre, which we appreciated. Very friendly people to receive us, lovely food freshly cooked.

The manager in charge was very rude and arrogant! The waiter, Portuguese guy was very nice and professional! The suppose manager was angry because I ordered only a plate of lobster and spaghetti initially and requested for another plate to be added! He frowned all through and argued I should have ordered for the second plate from the beginning.But the waiter immediately took control and pulled him away and the situation became calm. Though it was very embarrassing!
