   Compared to Texas locations, this was awful. It legitimately had the same format and decor quality as an Applebees with the cheapest dish on the menu being $35. Avoid.

   I realize Valentines Day is busy for restaurants but our server, while fairly attentive, was clearly distracted. He got my order partially wrong twice. I ordered Filet Oscar and got a regular filet with Oscar topping after the fact. Probably the same thing but $9 more when the topping was added. Too hectic to try and challenge.

   Great steaks. It did take 2 tries to get the wife's steak cooked correctly but the replacement came out within 5 minutes.

   My steak was inconsistent raw in the center overcook on the edges of one side. The shrimp cocktail was great. The salmon was slightly fishy probably due to slight freezer burn. The fried mushrooms were fantastic. The side salads were fresh and the flash fried green beans were tasty. We've been to Saltgrass before when visiting Texas wherecthe steak was delicious and had a better experience. We were seated in direct line of the door, so had to put my winter coat back on while eating. May give them another chance in the future.

   Great food, good portions, and excellent service. We were in the mood for something new and saw Saltgrass while mall shopping. We had heard it was good, so figured why not? For a Saturday night, it was very accommodating and we got sat right away, while the restaurant was pretty busy, the service was still very warm and engaging. My wife got the filet and I got the chopped steak… both were excellent and the portion sizes were perfect - not too much, just right. They also have a wide selection of drinks, many with little to no sugar! We had and great time and will be back!

    Food and service were good, even better than expected. However, dining was a semi-miserable experience because there was no heat in the area of the restaurant in which we were seated and it was very cold. Too cold to remove a jacket. Apparenty, they have had problems and are still awaiting repairs. Don't go there during this period of frigid weather.
