"Mammoths & saber-tooth tigers once roamed these lands in search of their rich salts. Paleo-Indians hunted, farmed and raised families here because of the salt springs. Early settlers named their town Saline after the salt springs, and now in this stunning +120 year-old former church, so does this brewery.

Salt Springs Brewery offers lovingly crafted & locally sourced food, true-to-style ales, wine, cider, and craft cocktails. Located in the heart of Saline, complete with an outdoor Biergarten and main dining room filled with the original stained from 1899, Salt Springs Brewery will quench your thirst and nourish your soul."

DINNER #6 : We are presenting a 5-course tasting menu partnered with our favorite brews. Start your Monday with a dinner experience you will be telling your co-workers about for the rest of the week. As each course is served Executive Chef Loren will speak to his inspiration for each dish and our Brewhouse team will guide you through the nuances of our beer. We will share our story and perspective so that you can experience our love of the craft. Check out our menu and reserve your place at the table with a ticket. We went for my mother’s birthday. It was three adults (my husband, my mother and me) and our two kids (7 year old and 5 year old). I cannot rave about this place enough! It is fantastic! The drinks, the food, the service! Absolutely amazing! We drove from Toledo to do something in Ann Arbor and wanted somewhere to eat that was on the way back to Toledo. After doing some Google Research, I came upon the website and booked a reservation! My only wish is that we lived closer! I can’t wait to go back!

Visited for a book club meeting and it was a beautiful place, the food was amazing (some of us kept ordering more), and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Two of the people in our group needed gluten free options and loved how many options there were. We all agreed we’ll want to go again sometime.

Delicious food, Brussel Sprouts were fantastic! Seasonal salad was delicious, loved the goat cheese crouton. Beer was cold and tasty. Service was excellent.

I asked my server for a suggestion between two options. She recommended the forest mushroom chicken, and I'm so glad I followed her advice! It was incredible.
