   Our overall experience for a party of 6 was good. Of course the atmosphere is lovely. We were at the downstairs bar to start, around 4:30. The cocktails were great but why do they think that people coming to the Caribbean want to hear Frank Sinatra or music from the early 60's? Our dinners were tasty; burger, lobster, steak, conch ceviche, lobster bisque, tuna poke , Caesar salad. Two of us had the chicken schnitzel, which had a very bland sauce. We did ask for and get something spicier. We then did cocktails at the upstairs bar. All the drinks were excellent. I had the Picante (sp) which was a little too spicy, and the bartender remade it no problem. It was a nice experience and time off the boat.

   Ionie was lovely to work with. The atmosphere was fun; the setting unique. The food was ok, not many vegetarian options.

   Though worth trying once to experience the uniqueness of the rock, the experience of dining there had highs and lows. We started with a drink at the restaurant bar which took quite some time to get with bar staff not very friendly. Eating on the deck was nice, but you’re frequently surrounded by people getting on and off their dinghies. We were seated at a table at the end of the restaurant nearest the upstairs bar, so the somewhat loud music coming from the restaurant was combined with the very loud music coming from the upstairs bar. We couldn’t hear each other without talking very loud. One of the specials, surf and turf, looked good, so my husband splurged while on vacation ($74!). Unfortunately, though the giant shrimp were good, the steak was thin, and half of it dry though the flavor was good. I got the seaweed risotto which was good. The risotto was a bit undercooked so a little crunchy but still good. The server was very polite when serving us, but while we were having a drink at the bar, I noticed she didn’t look very happy when back in the kitchen area, probably not really wanting to be there. In my opinion, worth checking out the place but dinner wasn’t worth it

   Had a great meal! Service was top notch from dock hand who greeted us to our waitresses Ionia all were magnificent!! Specials were Tuan Shashimi, Salted Snapper Bruschetta, and a seared Tuna. The seared Tuna was fantastic and Shashimi was delish. Also ordered the Conch Ceviche…HIDDEN GEM!!!! Amazing !! Top snaps to team! Now we are from New Orleans and bread pudding is ours is top notch!! But Saba Rocks Passion Fruit BP was great, only to be eclipsed by the Key Lime Pie! Key West is crying tonight because you put them to shame! Thank you for a great night!

   What an epic re-opening! Saba is a MUST if you are in North Sound! Exceeded our expectations!

   The experience at Saba Rock is world class... The environment is epic, the service is graceful and always happy, food is always a wonderful experience.. top chef.. super fresh everything.. from daily fresh fish to my favorite... The grilled lobster

    Great atmosphere, and service . However, stay away from the New York Strip very poor quality . My wife had the Filet mignon was a little better. I did have the cheeseburger for lunch and that was very good . They did offer me some free drinks or dessert, but I wasn’t there for free handouts. But I will return next year
