    We have two private dining rooms that are the perfect place to host any event, from an intimate family gathering to a large company party. The Essex room is for more moderately sized parties, and can easily accommodate groups of up to 25 guests. The Miller room is for more substantially sized parties, and is able to accommodate groups of up to 40 guests. If neither room is sufficiently sized to hold your event on its own, the collapsible wall that separates them can be stowed away, and this extended space will accommodate up to 65 guests.     The steaks are never disappointing and the wait staff are always accommodating. My husband is a vegetarian and they made great suggestions. The chocolate cake and the cheesecake are amazing and you should try it. They must have a pastry chef because it’s not frozen and shipped desserts. Great value.

    Seated quickly for our reservation but it took a long time for the server to arrive. When questioned about what was included in the seafood tower he described it as coming with “crab body parts”. When asked if he meant lobster tail he said yes. We ordered drinks then when he returned for our order (without bringing drinks back) he took our order. The food all came quickly but as such, we finished our salads before even getting our first round of drinks. When it arrived, 1 drink was made wrong. Sooner after the entrees arrived and 1 steak ordered came rare for a medium cooked order. It was sent back and another round of drinks was ordered at the same time. The steak returned now cooked slightly overdone but still no drinks. We finally asked for a manager after all this who apologized. 5 minutes later they came back with round 2 and said it was on the house for the delay. The experience, service, and food are all beyond poor. Probably to be expected for a mall restaurant, but for a $200+ bill, they should do much better. Advise avoiding and going near by to another steakhouse like Roots in Summit.

    This was our best visit to Ruth’s Chris in a long time. Charles gave us superb service and the food was perfect. Even my cappuccino came out at the right temperature. It was a wonderful 25th anniversary dinner!

    Not sure is we caught them on an off night, but service was pretty bad. Waiter took our order and never came back to check on us. Appetizers were brought out with no serving spoons and we weren’t given appetizer plates. Our entrees came out before they even cleared our table. Food was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly, but for the money you’re paying, you shouldn’t have to flag a waiter down to find your waiter.
