Join us at our sought-after sommelier station to experience the best of food and wine that RPM Italian has to offer. Enjoy a specially curated dinner as the team pours limited availability wines from our cellar and explains how they enhance the flavors of each course. While the menu changes nightly, you're sure to encounter some of your favorite dishes from our menu. The experience is roughly two hours long and most dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated. Price does not include tax and gratuity

We ate at the Bar and it was a wonderful experience. Lindsey and Ryan were tremendous hosts (bar tenders). We felt like we were in their home as they engaged with us on so many levels. They were advisors on both food and drink, attentive to our needs, and they provided interesting conversation. The food was outstanding, too. We really enjoyed the Cremini Mushroom Pizzette and the Shaved Brussel Sprouts Salad.

Everything was fine. When I made the reservation I was asked if we were celebrating something. I indicated we were celebrating our anniversary ( 40th). This was not referenced at all during our time at the restaurant.

We had come back a second time to enjoy lunch since our dinner was so great however we weren’t as happy with the experience. The food wasn’t as good and the service was not as top notch either.

The food was great and the service good. The pastas here are quite good as well as the desserts. We really enjoyed our dinner but it is a bit on the loud side depending on where you sit.

Had a great dinner. Staff was wonderful- working so hard to make everything right! Best dinner we had in Vegas!
