OMG this place is INCREDIBLE!! I’ve been to Vegas easily 20 times and this is my first time there and I am so mad we never went before this! The food and the service are outstanding! We got in early enough for happy hour and also had dinner and I’m already excited to make another reservation when we come back in February. Thank you so much!

Absolutely incredible food and wonderful for gluten free (coeliacs). We had steak tartare and burrata (both gluten free so we could share). We had the non gluten free Bolognese, which was out of this world! We also had the gluten free spaghetti carbonara, again amazing. Fantastic atmosphere and decor, and great service!

We had a wonderful dinner at RPM Italian. Our wait staff, Sean (Tommy😊), was truly wonderful. He was engaging and clearly loves the food and his job. He was a most gracious host and offered wonderful suggestions. We would highly recommend this restaurant. It was packed and we still felt like we were the most imortant people in the restaurant. Thank you!

Well it is Vegas , so don’t expect much . The food is below average, bland and tasteless . I had the BlueFin tuna appetizer witch was drenched in olive oil so you could not taste anything but oil . I have never heard of anyone in restaurant industry to put olive oil over fish . Then i tried the imported Burrata over Romain salad , but it felt that the dish it was about the salad and not the burrata . I finished with the pasta Carbonara witch it was anything but Carbonara. All i could taste was pasta water and nothing else . Extremely poor quality food .
