Join us at our sought-after sommelier station to experience the best of food and wine that RPM Italian has to offer. Enjoy a specially curated dinner as the team pours limited availability wines from our cellar and explains how they enhance the flavors of each course. While the menu changes nightly, you're sure to encounter some of your favorite dishes from our menu. The experience is roughly two hours long and most dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated. Price does not include tax and gratuity

Our family of five had a wonderful meal at RPM. My kids aged 13, 11, and 8 loved everything we ordered! The appetizers were delicious and the entrees and pasta were phenomenal. The staff made the evening extra special for my son on his 13th birthday. What an incredible dining experience!

It was a great experience. We ordered a carbonara and a short rib pasta. It was delicious. And the tiramisu was really good. I would come back next time.

We’ve been to RPM Vegas 4 times now and we love it so much every time! We always get a wonderful booth and great servers. Fantastic food (probably the best pasta and tiramisu we’ve ever had).

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at RPM in Vegas. The food was delectable and the service was outstanding. Our server gave us great suggestions on dishes and the restaurant is really beautiful. We had an amazing time!

Went on Thanksgiving and had their turkey dinner special. Turkey dry, not much gravy, bland stuffing. My partner and his sister both got the Rigatoni and the noodles were hard - not even close to al dente and luke warm at best. To top it off my nephew ordered a soda and the bottom of his glass shattered when he picked it up (so bizarre) and soda went everywhere. The server was very apologetic but the manager came over to help wipe up and didn’t say anything. My nephew and sister in law were soaked. My sister in law was wearing an expensive mohair body length sweater jacket that now is stained with Coca Cola. Manager said nothing. Needless to say will never return.

Went for Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed their meal choices. One had the traditional turkey meal and said the dark turkey with the gravy was a little salty. The only recommendation I'd share with the restaurant is to have wait staff wait till the entire table is finished eating before removing plates. Unless the customer asks for them to be taken, this is proper etiquette and does not put pressure on the person who isn't finished eating.
