Rooster & the Till is an award-winning, modern American neighborhood restaurant in Seminole Heights. With an always-evolving menu & eclectic beverage program, it's perfect for adventurous diners looking to be challenged by new ingredients and who expect high attention to service.

We offer 2 different reservation options each evening, seats at one of our tables or at our kitchen counter, barstools that overlook the kitchen. The full menu, including tasting, is available anywhere within the restaurant.

We'd love to plan a tailor-made dinner experience for your group! Due to our small size, we are limited to large parties of 20 or less during service hours. For full space buyouts, we are limited to 60 guests for sit-down dinners and 90 for larger cocktail hour-style parties, where we can offer buffet style dining or passed hors’d’oevres.

Wow ! What an experience. First time at Rooster and the Till and well worth. The ambiance was amazing . Being able to sit in front of an open kitchen was awesome. Watching Chef Gaston prepare and explaining the process at the same time was like watching an artist doing what thy do best creating a beautiful mater piece ! The energy between the Chefs is unmatched and heart felt , heightens the experience. Chef Luke came over and explained his creations and the inspiration behind the dishes. Being a picky eater , I was scared haha but Chef Gaston made it so easy to open up the pallet and try new things. My date and I had the Pre fix . Cobia collars so yummy, waygu beef tartar , chicken and waffles , Lechon with rice and beans , octopus tacos and much try ! The deserts to die for. Oh we had a bottle of champagne waiting when we got there !

Hidden Tampa gem. The quality of food, drinks and service- impeccable! Shocked at the reasonable prices for this experience. We will definitely be regulars.

Had an awesome dinner at The Rooster & The Till tonight! The gnocchi with short rib was next-level—soft, flavorful, and just all-around delicious. The roasted beets were also a standout, with the perfect mix of sweetness and earthiness. And shoutout to our server, Sam, who was also amazing! Overall, a fantastic meal with great vibes. Definitely coming back!

Wow. What a delicious experience. The Cobia collars and Fois Gras were amazing. One of the best meals we have had in a while.

This place is my favorite restaurant hands-down I love sitting there watching the chefs, bring out things and put together plates and they let you ask questions. It’s a super fun you end up ordering things you didn’t necessarily intend on ordering so they definitely get you there. I have zero things that I would change about the food the weight staff, the cocktails the atmosphere. The restaurant is the best restaurant in Tampa hands-down the one complaint I have is the seats at the bar are definitely uncomfortable the corner stabbing to the back of your legs again I’m a bigger dude so maybe just me but that’s the only complaint. I have staff incredible food superior to anywhere else I will be back. I may bring a doughnut for my butt. 🤩
