Rooster & the Till is an award-winning, modern American neighborhood restaurant in Seminole Heights. With an always-evolving menu & eclectic beverage program, it's perfect for adventurous diners looking to be challenged by new ingredients and who expect high attention to service.

We offer 2 different reservation options each evening, seats at one of our tables or at our kitchen counter, barstools that overlook the kitchen. The full menu, including tasting, is available anywhere within the restaurant.

We'd love to plan a tailor-made dinner experience for your group! Due to our small size, we are limited to large parties of 25 or less during service hours. For full space buyouts, we are limited to 60 guests for sit-down dinners and 90 for larger cocktail hour-style parties, where we can offer buffet style dining or passed hors’d’oevres.

Nightly Kitchen Counter Reservation

Reserve high-top seating at the Chef's Counter overlooking the kitchen and get a firsthand look at every dish as it's prepared. All reservations are limited to 2 hours unless otherwise arranged. *Note, this is not a reservation for our front bar and is not included in happy hour.* ACCESS INFO: Please note this is a reservation for high stools that may be a challenge for those who have access needs.

Reserve seating for Valentine's Day! We are offering a special 5-course Valentine's Day dinner for $155 per guest. Your $25 per person deposit paid through Open Table will go towards your bill that evening and can be refunded if given at least a weeks notice. Due to limited seating all reservations are limited to 2 hours max. If you have any dietary restrictions please reach out before booking, night-of substitutions will not be possible. (813-374-8940). Our a la carte menu will not be offered this evening.

You NEVER disappoint!!! I wish I had more space in my stomach to try kore dishes!! Every single thing we ordered was orgasmic! Can’t wait to come back!

Thank you for another special visit. The warm welcome blended with friendly service and beyond reality courses delivered perfection again. We live in Manhattan most of the time and you easily eclipse many spots in town. You’re our favorite in Tampa.

Went for dinner last night. My husband had the pappardelle with lamb and I had the celeriac pirogies. We had the foie gras for dessert. EVERYTHING was amazing!!! Each bite of the food had a different, delicious taste and texture- so darn good!!!! Our waiter, Nate, was terrific. Will be back soon! Thanks!

Great first visit! Ambience was chill, unpretentious. Friendly welcome at the door and upon exiting. Settings at the table were clean, uncluttered, simple, yet fashionable. Our server was very responsive, answered all our questions, made good recommendations. Portions for the price favor quality not quantity, flavor and unique presentation. Highly recommend the Vindaloo Pappardelle!
