   Wir haben im Restaurant reserviert, welches direkt eine Etage unter dem Rooftop liegt. Die Reservation hat reibungslos reserviert und erhielten einen Tisch direkt am Fenster. Die Fenster können komplett auf die Seite weggeschoben werden und deshalb wird eine grandiose Aussicht auf Manhattan mit der Skyline präsentiert. WOW. Der Service war sehr freundlich und eher kollegial. Für uns hat es gepasst, wenn auch nicht alle Serviceregeln eingehalten wurden (Bspw. Teller über den Tisch gereicht statt von hinten serviert / leere Teller abgeräumt, obwohl noch jemand am Essen war / etc.). Das Essen war fein und die Ambiance mit dem Eindunkeln immer schöner. Da wir eine Zeitrafferaufnahme vom Sonnenuntergang erstellen wollten, durften wir den Tisch auch eine gewisse Zeit über die Reservierung hinaus belegen. Die Anreise ist ganz einfach, da vom Battery Park (City/Vesey St.) fährt direkt eine Fähre für $ 7/je Weg nach New Jersey (Paul Hook Pier). Nach 5' Fussmarsch ist das Restaurant bereits erreicht. Bei einem nächsten Besuch von NYC ist ein erneuter Besuch in diesem Restaurant sicherlich ein Programmpunkt.

   Love this spot had an amazing service and treated my girlfriend and both mothers with me for an amazing birthday dinner and celebration. Ambience was superb and the views are just speechless. Will be back again especially this spring and summer.

   Strange restaurant where they card you at the door and then you have to sit through a movie that no one was watching that just made the room with it's glass walls and concrete floor louder then it had to be. Food was good and service was good though.

   My rice was was burnt and when I asked for replacement it was mushy, when I asked for another another one apparently the chef said it was gonna be just as mushy as well.

   I've been to the rooftop bar itself many times, I've also been to the restaurant on the lower floor various times and to say this Valentine's event in 2025 did not come close to a regular night (no event etc.) is an understatement. I'll preface the rest of my review by saying our waiter was nice and decent. Checked on us very often and took our orders right quickly. Total prefix price was $125 which is not too expensive, but given the food menu items and service (not just the waiter) it was very expensive. The menu consisted of an appetizer, main course and dessert. The menu itself was disappointing, my wife and I saw noticed at least three parties sit, look at the menu and then walk out. In hindsight we should've done the same because the items were not very good either. Very basic given it's price point. Also, things like no coat check, expecting us to reuse utensils throughout different meals, paper menus, QR code drink menus, were things that raised eyebrows. Minor things, but at this price point there are certain expectations and these weren't it. In the end, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I likely will never go back for dinner. I may go to the rooftop bar sometime in the future simply for the views of NYC skyline. Wife's prefix choices: Lobster Ravioli - I thought it was good, she didn't like it. Her exact words were "This taste like frozen ravioli we get from whole foods". Salmon - We both thought it was very basic. Velvet Cake - We both thought it was okay. Underwhelming, but at this point we were over it. Food: Beet Salad - Was ok. Nothing exciting or different. Wife didn't have any. Short Rib - Was okay. Again, nothing exciting or different. Wife didn't have any. Lemon Sorbet - Sadly this was the highlight of the meal. A lemon Sorbet served inside a large lemon. If it was made in house, kudos to them. Ambiance: - Live piano player - Red balloons in ceiling - Candle lit-like scene - Overall nice Valentine's theme.
