   We celebrated our anniversary at Rios. Food was great! (Too much to eat!!) Service was perfect ❣️ Atmosphere warm, inviting and friendly. When they discovered my hubby is from Brasil, several staff members came over to speak with him. It was a special touch, which made him feel as if he was back with family. Now a U.S. citizen, he hasn't been back in 34 years. It meant a lot to both of us... I love listening to him speak Portuguese. They even surprised us with flan, the plate decorated to read Happy Anniversary... Rios This was our second trip there, and Rios is quickly becoming a favorite of ours!

   We got there as they opened, and were seated immediately. waitress was there right after, and the food started coming out. As always the food was delicious and the service great. They asked regularly if there was something we were waiting for. overall it was a great evening.

   I always make an excuse to some to Rios when I'm in the Allentown-Bethlehem area. It's a fine rodizio experience. At least try some of the cuts- I usually won't eat New York Strip, but theirs is exceptional and enjoyable. The only thing to be concerned about is parking. the back lot is tight and you may have to take a bit of a walk down Broad Street- but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

   Amazing food and amazing customer service. Meats are great quality and the cook is always on point. Favorite restaurant in the Lehigh valley!!

   We've been to this restaurant before and had a more pleasant experience. This time around (3/8/2025), it was different. Some of the meats, rice, and sides were cold, as well as the pineapple. The sauces plate contained less than 1.5 ounces per sauce for a party of 6. Not impressed with the Arnold Palmer drink; it was watered down, the creme brule was out of the refrigerator, and the tiramisu tasted old. The coffee was also cold. We were charged for a drink we did not have (Shirley Temple), and for a refill not requested. Gratuity is included, and that was expected; what was not expected was that we would see our server only twice in two hours. Our table did not leave a shy gratuity either. Once our card was charged, a server not assigned to us started cleaning the table, and I hadn't finished my dessert or coffee. In attempts to accommodate so many reservations, they've added tables, making the workflow for their servers and walking of the patrons inconvenient. For the flavor, service, and overall quality, we were overcharged. Owners should consider lower the prices as it looks the level of formality has declined. Once again, we've been there previously and had a much better experience.

    They were very attentive. They also heard us talking about my daughter's birthday, which is why we were there and they brought her a free Brazilian Flan with a birthday candle! We didn't have to ask or tell anyone, they listened and payed attention. Now that's service!!!!
