    Made a reservation days prior. Seated upon arrival. Waited about 10 min before anyone came to our table. Once she did she complained thay she was tired and was breathing heavily. Upon observation only 2 servers were there and they had quite a few guests to serve. While she was taking our drink order another table was walking out and there was an exchange of words due to them being unsatisfied. This was the 1st red flag. Our water glasses on the table had red lipstick on them. None of us were wearing lipstick. We asked for clean glasses and water. Water was brought out with black specs floating in it. We waited about 25 minutes to order food that never came. Alcoholic beverages were ordered and sat on the bar until they were completely watered down. They were sent back to be made over. We watched them pour the same drinks into new glasses and add to them. At this point I was over the experience. I asked for the manager and he quickly came over. We explained what we saw and how poor the service was. He became defensive and argumentative. Even admited he told the lady to pour the drink in a new glass because he realized he made it wrong and he added the correction on top. I explained sir if the drink was sent back to be remade, that means start feom scratch. This was our 1st and last time. Complete waste of 1.5 hours.

    Our server was great but the service was slow….took food and drinks a LONG time to get to our table. Unfortunately, this has been the only thing consistency when we have gone to this restaurant. The food can be great but it can also be MEH. I love the look of this place and I’m hoping the food and bar service, wait time, and food improve.

    First time here for dinner, made reservations and taken to table without waiting. Initially drink order taken quickly but the service drastically worsened. Ordered an appetizer, decided to try the calamari since it was an Italian restaurant. Lacked seasoning and chewy. The marinara sauce was out of a jar tasting. For the main course we ordered the ravioli and steak. Both were good, great flavors and good portions. Finished off with Tiramisu, it was ok. Went back for breakfast and service was horrible. Took forever to get coffee, water, and food. Probably will not go back.

    It was pretty expensive for the steak but I knew that before I ordered. Our waiter Shane was outstanding and 2 members of management checked on us. My steak, mashed potatoes and brocolli could have been a little warmer but it tasted amazing and my steak was done exactly like I ordered it. My friend had a pizza and said it was fabulous. We will definitely be back.

    Yesterday, my husband and I, along with another couple, dined at your establishment, RIdotto. Everything from the local eye was clean and we were greeted with a smile. Our server Sharel, God bless her, she did great and did her best to accommodate. However, the food was disappointing. My husband ordered the Branzino( one of his favorites) The fish came out and it looked like the fish was competing on Top Model! That poor fish died from Anorexia. I don't think anyone would call that a proper filet. His couscous which accompanied his starved fish was cold. I was so excited about the short rib raviolis. I hadn't eaten all day and was starving. It came out, looked delicious, sadly looks are deceiving. My food was cold and the ravioli tasted like canned Chef Boyardee. Sharel mentioned that the cooks did not know something was wrong with the sauce and it was cold, so my bringing it to her attention made the kitchen realize they had messed up. It came back lukewarm, by the time I did receive my plate, everyone at the table, but me had finished their meal. I had asked for a Malbec to go with my meal. Sharel told me that they did not have it today. I asked for Daou Cabernet, sadly, out also. I settled for the house red. Nothing to brag about.     Ridotto Grand Cafe was very nice to myself and family. We did a party of 15 and they were patient with us and got everyone’s order correct. Aaron was mild mannered and kind. We had quite a few elderly people in our group and he explained different parts of the menu to ensure they ordered what was best for them. I would do the whole thing all over again. GREAT JOB !

    The short rib raviolis were divine! The branzino was over cooked and dry. The martini was phenomenal. Overall, we had a wonderful first meal here. We will be back!

    Very nice atmosphere. Our server was great and friendly (Latorey). The food was very good. Our pasta was a little more chewy than we like. The desert was great.

    They asked the head of our table to follow them to the bar because the bartender didn't understand was "seasoned rocks on the side" meant for a martini. We did not get any of our food together. My food arrived after everyone was finished eating. Same thing happened with the deserts. Muscles were floating in water. The food was not cooked right and tasted bland.
