T2D Concepts, the purpose-driven hospitality group led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, has cooked up its latest concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill. Meaning “roots” in Italian, Radici draws inspiration from Tiffany's early experiences in Italian restaurants, Tom's maternal heritage, and both Tiffany and Tom's travels through Italy. The menu changes based on seasonal availability and centers around meats and vegetables prepared in a wood-fired grill and a selection of fresh pastas made daily.

Nestled in front of our open kitchen, you’ll enjoy a five-course menu crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and inspired by authentic Italian flavors. With options for a unique wine pairing or cocktail experience along with interactions with the Radici Service and Kitchen team, this immersive experience not only tantalizes the palate but also enriches the mind. As part of your reservation, be sure to choose one of the wine and spirit pairings selected by our Sommelier to perfectly complement your evening. This exclusive experience is for up to four guests per evening and will start at 6PM and we suggest you plan to join us for 2.5 hours.

This is my third visit to the restaurant in the last month. The food is outstanding, especially the tortellini, which is perfectly prepared. The drinks are good, too. It is the best Italian restaurant in Dallas and would be a top restaurant in any US city.

OMG!! What an experience, everything was great food, service, atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and explained everything on the menu. The focaccia is a must! It melts in your mouth. We had a seat in front the kitchen, Chef Tiffany was there this night and I was in awe watching her cook. Will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Radici from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every aspect of the meal exceeded our expectations. We started with drinks and appetizers, which were perfectly crafted. The seafood salad was a standout – fresh, flavorful, and an absolute must-try. For our main courses, we indulged in the Osso Buco, Braised Rabbit, and Eggplant Involtini. Each dish was perfectly prepared, bursting with flavor, and truly unforgettable. We’re so glad we saved room for dessert because the olive oil cake was one of the most unique and delightful treats we’ve ever had. The service was exceptional – our servers were attentive, the management checked in to ensure we were enjoying ourselves, and the wine sommelier’s expertise added a special touch to our meal. Radici has earned a spot as one of our favorite Italian restaurants, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We had the 5-course experience sitting at the Chefs Counter and it was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable, and every course was delicious with each wine pairing.

We haven't been to Radici before and choose to celebrate Christmas Eve at Radici. We could have been more pleased. We started with the Chopped Salad, which was one of the best salads we've ever had. Next was the Suppli Al Telefono, OH MY....amazing!! Since we are love pasta we could to shared the Rigatoni All" Amatricina and the Coniglio Alla Gricia, both were spectacular. The service was exceptional. We will definitely be be back...sooner than later.

We dined at Radici for the first time on Christmas Eve with our oldest son and daughter-in-law. What a delightful evening! We shared the focaccia, meatballs, their version of mozzarella sticks which put everything else in that category to shame. I wish I could recall the name of the dish! For our second course, we shared the bolognese and lasagna bianca. Both were delicious but, oh my goodness, was that lasagna a delight! It’s a more delicate version of your typical lasagna. In fact my daughter-in-law loved it and she’s not even a lasagna fan. Our third course consisted of shared roasted chicken and eggplant. We finished with the tiramisu and olive oil cake. Chef Derry was on top of things in the kitchen and courses were perfectly paced. Her family was in town for the holidays and dined at the table next to us. She was able to take a break and join them which made for a cozy and homey Christmas Eve experience. One lovely touch is that the chef stops by each table at the end of their dinner. Make sure to share your courses so that you can taste her wonderful dishes. It’s so much fun! I honestly can’t wait to return although it’s tough to choose between Roots and Radici as they are both delicious!

The food was top notch. But the service was not as polished as it should have been for the prices…it seemed the waiter was still training but there wasn’t anyone around to assist him.
