   Consistently poor service and poor food execution. The place was created for convenience not for satisfaction. Good option for the hotel guests and for business gathering those looking for social conversation that would not pay much attention to the mediocre food, or service. Sometime, the inattentiveness of service works fine for those who do not want to be bothered. This place survives on lack of competition in the area.

   Unfortunately our waitress was not very attentive to our table, and being someone who had come here several times, we expected much more. Our drinks took 30 mins, our drinks came out differently the second round than they did the first round, the steak was cold, and the waiter at other tables checked up on us and fulfilled our needs more than our actual waitress. Our waitress was at our table waiting to see how much I was going to write her tip for than she was the entire rest of the dinner. We were very rarely checked up on, and being only a table of two, we should not have waited for our food for over an hour. I expected much more and was extremely disappointment and embarrassed with the guests I brought with the performance tonight. I expect much better in the future.

   There was confusion upon our arrival with a reservation and table availability. We were seated on the back outside patio at one of two tables. We waited 6 minutes before being greeted and served water. Then it was another 10 plus minutes before a server took our drink order. That was after we went to ask about receiving service. Our meal came in appropriate time and we did not see the server u til the end of the meal. No one asked about our food or if we would like another beverage. The “rare” ahi tuna was anything but that. It was a disappointing experience overall. I believe we were forgotten as we were not seated on the main deck or inside dining room. Regardless not what was expected for such a highly rated restaurant.

   Wonderfully appointed venue with view of the Spartanburg skyline from the bar. We ordered the steaks and were not disappointed in the quality, as we expected,. Food prices were competitive. Wine selections were appropriate to this level of restaurant. Service was slow. Server told us we would be allowed to enjoy each other's company, but she should have asked about our needs more often. We weren't offered an opportunity to order a bottle of wine with our meal untl after the entrees were served. Made it appear the restaurant was understaffed.

   Waited 30 minutes after my reservation to be seated with barely any service at the bar…dress code for upscale dining is non-existent…cut-off jeans, t-shirts and hoodies…felt like a sports bar…waitress was great…food quality is suffering greatly…this is the second bad meal there in as many months…I’d recommend the Peddler, Gerhard’s or the Kennedy any day over Level 10…

   We had a wonderful time celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary. The wait time to place order was a small wait and a little wait between each course. But everything was really great

   We made a reservation for 7:00 pm the day before, for a party of 2 and showed up at 7:00 pm. We were told the restaurant was completely full and we would have to wait an hour to sit down in the restaurant because several parties showed up at the same time. But if we hungry and did not want to wait, we could sit outside and the bartender would come over and take our order. We were dressed up expecting to receive the full dinner service and had to sit outside because we could not wait an hour. The bartender was great but was busy with the bar. So extremely disappointed to be be paying over $300 for a dinner to not receive the experience we were expecting. Why take reservations if you are not going to honor them?
