We enjoyed a leisurely late luncheon for four - our first visit. The service, while slow, was adequate and friendly. The menu was very good - we liked the many options from appetizers to mains to deserts. It was a nice luncheon, but not over the top as I guess our expectations were very high.

Everything was excellent except the noise level. It was just too loud and really needs sounds absorbing design techniques.

What a gorgeous, elegant restaurant. My son and I really had a good experience. All of our food was delicious- burrata, Mulholland salad, roast beef dip and Bellinis, broccolini. I will definitely return.

Ambience is excellent, food is always good, we tried the steak and the grilled shrimp with grilled vegetable salad. Both excellent.

Nice design but the food was very one note. We had the charcuterie board appetizer, shrimp & vegetable salad (oily and unappetizing), lobster roll (plain and dry), and hamburger (reminiscent of McDonald’s flavor). The only thing we enjoyed was the side of fries which were hot and crispy. Will not go back.

Ambiance is beautiful for a special occasion. Food options and quality is good. The service we experienced was surprisingly slow for the amount of staff they have. We had to ask twice for certain items and our waitress never came back after we received our food to check-in.

Our overall experience her at RH was outstanding. Service was impeccable, tied together with the flavorful food and amazing ambience - our anniversary dinner was a night to remember. Thank to you RH for an amazing night. The views and ambience leading to the restaurant upstairs alone is breathtaking and really sets the tone for the experience you're going to have. We were sat a very comfortable table that had a nice view of the whole restaurant and really captured all the ambience of the restaurant. Our server was amazing - upon finding out it was our anniversary, he offered us complimentary RH Bellini's as a toast to our anniversary. The Bellini's are super flavorful with the Peach coming in just right, not too overpowering. Our server was also extremely detail oriented and offered superior assistance with our choice of wine for the night. My girlfriend had the French Dip that was super flavorful; the meat fell apart like butter and the bread was warm and fluffy, paired with the truffle fries was an amazing choice. The Ribeye was cooked perfectly, although, a bit too much of a crust for my liking; nonetheless, the ribeye was flavorful and fell apart in the mouth. The potato puree was flavorful and refreshing on the palate after a bite of the ribeye. the creme brûlée was awesome paired with a nice cappuccino. Thank you RH - we will return again very soon!

i would say the food is a bit over price for what it is and it was very plain presentation. however, te ambiance made up for it especially on a nice sunny warm winter day

It was an amazing place to celebrate for my wife and I. We had just gotten married and they even gave us complimentary champagne for a toast.

Very loyal to all RH locations the ambiance is just top tier and romantic! This Palo Alto location is wonderful with the 3-stories and rooftop restaurant. Staff was very welcoming ! Thank you
