Incredibly overpriced and mediocre. For the prices I would’ve expected a better dining experience. Our seating area was so dark, our table was never once wiped down, and the dessert we ordered was basically a couple strawberries and some bland cream. They didn’t even cut the strawberries or give us a knife. There wasn’t sugar on the strawberries. It was almost funny for the 14 dollar price tag.

First time at RH and this was Sunday brunch. It was a cold but sunny January day and the ambiance inside RH couldn’t be beat. The greenery and fountain by our table was a welcome respite from MN arctic temps. Our server, Jennifer, was attentive and took good care of us. We both had sandwiches - I had the lobster roll and my husband had the shaved prime rib. His sandwich surpassed mine, and his mocha was decadently delicious. I thought the prices were high for the portions but the experience was a 10/10.

I had requested a special date, but it was not done. Also, there was a loud noise, and many teenagers were there. I'm not sure if this place is always like that.

We were ordering when an unfortunate water issue apparently arose. Our waiter told us that he was going to check but might not be able to serve us and apologized. That was the last interaction we had, and we waited for more information for at least 10 minutes and then realized we were just supposed to leave. We had been at this restaurant about 45 minutes already by the time we were ordering, because they were delayed to seat us and we had been seated for a while before we ordered. It’s understandable that they would not be able to serve us, but I expected a place that is this fancy and available by “reservation only” to be a little more concerned about our satisfaction, whether by offering to reschedule our reservation or offering some restaurant credit of sorts. I left feeling quite disappointed and still hungry. This was also our anniversary dinner, and a place my partner and I had been looking forward to for a while. Needless to say, I was dissatisfied with the experience.

Loved the vibe Starter was fabulous Salmon entree was good but bland Brazino entree was very good Sides were great Service was good but drab - not very personal Was not offered a dessert menu or option. Just brought us the check to us

Ordered the highly recommended Lobster roll, which was very good. Lots of tender lobster- nice roll with good butter. Needed some crunch though? Guest was happy with one of the sandwiches. No sides. Service was great- ambiance can’t be beat. We both had waters- bill cane to 100 with tip:/

Food was quite good (no one does Truffle Fries like you guys); please consider adding GRASS-FED BURGERS to your menu. However, it certainly took a while to get our orders started. Patricia was trying really hard though; perhaps she had too many tables.

The restaurant is gorgeous - especially on a sunny day. Our staff were delightful and had wonderful suggestions. The food was top notch. Definitely will be back soon!
